Really good experience and even better guide! - Clelia is an amazing guide. She makes you live her passion for archeology and history and makes it very easy to picture the ancient Pompeya trhough her explanations. We really enjoyed the tour and recommend it to everyone. A+ for a true Pompeii experience - Lilo, (unsure of how his first name is spelled) archaeologist has a lot of knowledge about the structures of Pompeii, has a great sense of humor, entertaining, and truthful in more ways than not. We went as a family alone w/ him and his explanation of our entire Pompeii experience is such a delight from the vast things we have learned of its' history. We would recommend 100% him to all who want to experience Pompeii. An express pass from ALL the crowds added more a hint of special treatment. BRAVO Lilo!!!!

Engaging guided Tour - We had a great, informative and fun trip with an engaging and educational guide.
Lello told us the historical facts so vividly that we could really imagine what life in Pompeii was like before the eruption.
We arrived by train from Naples - and it was also easy to find our guide at the meeting point.
This guided Tour was a perfect fit for us; family with older teenagers.

Archaeologist Tour Guide is the way to go. - Our guide was excellent. His explanations were great. He brought the city of Pompeii back to life. Our guide had the most up to date information on the findings of the city.

And now, Lello will show you something even better - We had a great time, and we learned so much! Lello was fun and engaging as he pointed out little details that grew in the imagination because of how they fit within the context of the big-picture points that he had just made. Even after the tour ended, we ran around Pompeii until closing, checking out other areas and vistas that Lello had suggested.

Spectacular ruins! - Pompeii is spectacular and our guide, Lelo, made it even better. He shared so much history and interesting facts in every section we visited, and his humorous commentary made it lots of fun!

Disorganized - Finding the tour guide was extremely difficult. They did not meet us where they had told us in the message and the name of the company was different. Also be aware that you need to buy separate entrance tickets to the archaeological area in addition to the tour ticket. The tour was fine. The guide Paolo was informative but slightly rude. Reminded me of a strict teacher.
