- Lupanar - This two-story building is a popular tourist attraction due to its historical significance as a brothel. Unlike other brothels in town, which were often above taverns or in modest private homes, this establishment had five rooms on each floor, each with a concrete bed, possibly with a mattress or mat.
- Forum - The Forum in Pompeii was a pedestrian-only area, with no carts allowed. It was surrounded by public buildings and measured approximately 142 meters long and 38 meters wide. Today, the Forum is devoid of statues and its decorative flooring and marble work, likely repurposed after the eruption.
- Suburban Baths - These thermal baths, located outside the city walls near a port, were likely used by travelers rather than Pompeii’s residents. The port consisted of several large rocks where boats could dock.
- Casa del Fauno - The House of Faun is renowned for its bronze statue of a faun in the impluvium, making it one of Pompeii’s most famous sites.
- House of Menander (Casa del Menandro) - This prestigious 2,000 square meter house is named after a fresco of the poet Menander. It contained 118 silver objects, primarily tableware, and frescoes depicting the Trojan War, including scenes of Laocoon’s death, Cassandra, and Ulysses.
- Pompeii Archaeological Park - The Romans enjoyed their games, including gladiator battles, and Pompeii had an arena for such events, accommodating up to 20,000 people across three levels. During the hot summer months, spectators were shielded by a dark linen covering. Adjacent to the arena was a large gymnasium for young athletes.
- Temple of Apollo - The worship of Apollo gained popularity shortly before the eruption of 79 A.D., although it lost followers to the more powerful Jupiter. The temple features a bronze statue of Apollo with his bow and arrow, alongside a statue of the Goddess Diana.

Visiting the Ancient city of Pompeii is a unique experience, because the most important and interesting element for the tourists are not the monument or art pieces (than also in Pompeii they do not lack), but the possibility to see the daily life of its ancient inhabitants.
Visiting Pompeii is like being in a luna park, with the clamorous difference that there’s nothing virtual here, null of reconstructed, null false, it is all real.
