Sausage company - What a dredging company. We visited pompei heraclium and vesuvius on the first of the month with this company. We were 4 people and paid 540€. However, we soon found out that heraclium and pompegg were free on the first of the month. And that vesuvius costs 11€. When we went to question ourselves as unwitting tourists we were quickly told by a lady with black short hair that we had to pay her too. After a small conversation with another friendly lady, we were made aware that the person responsible came quickly. However, when it came he quickly became rude.. We had to take him at his word and that's all he could do. When we started asking local police if this could just be done we were already told ditect that these were absolutely malpractices and we had to take steps to do so. However, when we went with that to the man in charge the man in sunglasses and cap we got to our head that we are absolutely not intelligent and are stupid. That if we didn't go on the bus, we'd stay in front of the place as long as we wanted. All in all NO recommended scammers I attach proofs in attachment

Mount Vesuvius and pompeii - Staff are thieves!!! I left my bag on the coach whilst we visited pompeii, as the driver assured me he would look after my belongings. I arrive back, I find I am missing my power bank, chargers and credit card. I was then told that I did not bring these items with me and there's nothing they could do, as the driver has been working there for 10 years and is " honest" STAY AWAY! for the little extra amount it's worth organising your self

If you want a good day. Don't buy your tickets through this agency. - Worst experience ever by the person in charge of this agency. Our story: Tickets booked in advance via head-out but these had to be picked up at this office. Here they also try to sell a bus ticket from pompeii to vesuvius. 20€ p/p. According to them, you cannot get there by public transport (3.5€) or car (yes). They say they don't sell tickets without a bus trip. Although we were able to buy some? I politely ask some awkward questions. The person in charge of the business no longer wants to give our purchased tickets. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not the only one who's not satisfied. VAT pompeii and Vesuvius are definitely worth a visit.
