- Oudong Temple - Oudong was the royal capital between 1618 and 1866 before the capital was moved to Phnom Penh, several temples and stupas cover three hills. These huge stupas can be seen from miles away and contain the remains of several Khmer kings including King Monivong (1927-1941) and King Ang Duong (1845-1859). The walk up the hill over 500 steps provides an excellent exercise especially the view countryside view. These hills were also the site of some of the Khmer Rouge’s most prolonged resistance against the Vietnamese army in 1979 and a memorial to those murdered by the Khmer Rouge was built on this place.

A well paced day out with excellent driver and guide - Our guide and driver were friendly, attentive and welcoming. The tour was well paced with the right amount of information. The guide was very knowledgeable and both made sure that we were comfortable all day, providing water and having the car ready very quickly with no waiting. A great day out that gave us the opportunity to explore beyond Phnom Penh, and a trip we’d recommend.

A day in the country - Great guide and driver. The tour online description gave the impression of a lot of stops. The driver added a couple to make it better experienced. Nice spots but way overpriced compared to other tours in cambodia

A great day away from the city - Our guide totu was awesome. He did a great job and took us to some amazing spots. The driver was safe and curious. The actual itinerary was terrible. Many of the stops are combined so it is not as many stops as advertised but the driver ensured we saw everything plus a couple of surprises.

Great visit ! - The guide is perfect and very profesionnal. He is avoid to adapt to your contraints. He also speak a littel bit French. To weel understand the cambodgian culture, it's perfect !

Makara was so... - Makara was so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Learned a lot from him, not only about the places that I visited but about the history and the culture of the country, and a lot more. Oudong and surrounding areas have lots of places to visit and explore. Definitely recommended if you want to get out of Phnom Penh for a day.

Must do when you are visiting Phnom Penh! - Super day trip close by Phnom Penh and only 1 hour drive away. Lots of things to see, all sorts of temples and street markets.

Not to be missed - This was the best tour we had outside of PP. The tour guide and driver were fantastic, took great care of us and were very knowledgeable. As it was just my sister and I, the guide was able to answer a lot of questions, and helped us meet one of the nuns, who was so sweet and excited to meet us as we her. The guide also helped me try the sugar cane drink and gave us a fun tour of the local market and its local specialties. Oudon was simply amazing to explore and something not to be missed. Phnom Baset was also amazing as the construction is new and ongoing and shows great examples of what Ankor Wat's construction would have been like when new. Overall everything went smoothly and we had such a great time. I would highly recommend.

Interesting tour - This was an active and interesting tour, and we saw some really neat sights. It was a little tiring but it was a hot day and we done a lot of steep stairs.
Really enjoyed seeing so much of the countryside in between temples and mountains.

Don’t book this tour - The tour was just not good and unfortunately not worth the money.
We saw some beautiful places but the guide had no knowledge about it.
