Amazing Experience in the Azores! - My husband booked a tour through Seazores ahead of a transatlantic cruise we were taking and chose Seazores due to the online reviews I found. From the moment I reached out, Sergio was extremely timely in his replies and gave us options for our tour. On the day that we arrived into Ponta Delgada, our ship was actually several hours early and had it not been for Sergio reaching out and asking if we wanted to adjust our tour start time, we would have had no idea (the crew on the ship had not informed us). Just another sign of their attention to detail and the overall service. Natacha met us at the dock and provided with us an amazing day for sure. She was beyond pleasant and friendly and gave us the history of the islands, plenty of information and insights into the culture and natural wildlife, and was very flexible with our tour and the time we spent in each location. We lucked out with extremely great views of Sete Cidades (Lagao do Fogo was shrouded in fog and clouds but we did get a few minutes of clearing a glimpse!). In all I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Seazores, Sergio, and Natacha for your tour when traveling to the island(s). Cannot say enough good things about our experience with them.

Amazing one and a half days in the Azores! - I connected with Natacha on Facebook. We both belonged to a group called “Women who Travel”. She is super responsive. We were able to set up one day and half tour within a week! My mother, two sisters and daughter were happy with the entire tour with Natacha. The package included pick up and drop off at the airport. And drop off and pick up at the hotel. Her car is clean and reliable. For one day and a half, she drove from one place to another tirelessly. She was very patient with my 85-year old Mom who was understandably a little slow compared to us. She didn’t rush, she kept her cool and was always ready to answer our questions. She introduced us to the local culture and traditions. She is knowledgeable and has a good attitude. I will always engage her whenever I’m in the Azores. Relevant info: You can eat in her car!; You pay 20% deposit in cash (I wired the funds bank to bank from the US); you pay cash at the end of each day (I wasn’t too keen because I don’t like carrying cash).

The wonderful adventures with Natasha - Wow! We are so lucky to choose this tour out of all that we had a chance to take. Natasha, our guide, was so knowledgeable, and such a delight to spend the day with. She accommodated our requests and gave us the best opportunity to see what a beautiful island she lived on. The lunch was yummy. The laughs were many and we spent a delightful day. If you are lucky to take this tour, don’t forget to ask about the “poof’s !!!

Amazing Experience! - Natacha, my tour guide was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable guides I have ever had in all of my years of traveling. She is a native of São Miguel, is extremely proud of her island and her Azorean heritage and was a wealth of information. Their 4x4 vehicles are spotless and very well maintained (given off-road trails are tough on vehicles). Lunch in Sete Cidades was amazing. I highly recommend a Seazores adventure (if I could give it 6-stars, I would)!

Best Tour Guide in Sao Miguel! - We actually were lucky enough to enjoy two days with this top-notch tour guide, Natacha, and saw a large portion of Sao Miguel. She holds a wealth of knowledge about this magical island and has the best personality to share it with you. We saw some of the typical sites, as well as some hidden gems that real locals know well, including some great local food stops. If you really want to experience this beautiful paradise, I would strongly recommend hiring this company to learn more than you might expect in the presence of a master tour guide, who you can't help but like as well.

Unforgettable day with Natacha - Natacha is an expert tour guide with a passion for Sao Miguel. She is close to her clients with whom she shares her knowledge of the exceptional sites of Sao Miguel. She takes routes outside the usual tourist circuits to help us discover the wild nature of the region.

Amazing views of all lakes - Natasha was a very knowledgeable and personable guide. She taught us a lot about the Azorean people. , culture and these amazing volcanic lakes. Her 4 WD keep lets you get to locations only long hours of hiking get you to. She was able to follow the weather and make sure we saw all the lakes. The only thing I would change is eliminate the liquor tasting and lunch. The time spent off road at the lakes was special.
