Best ghost tour ever. - The absolute best ghost tour I’ve done, by far. Port Arthur is an eerie place in the daylight . At night it is really spooky. Our tour guide Glen really made the tour. His knowledge of Port Arthur’s history was outstanding & his stories were told to perfection.

Intriguing and investing tour - Some of the walkiing was fast paced so wear comfortable shoes to walk in and a light jacket. The walking didn't effect us, but if your elderly I felt the walking was a bit fast, with some slight hills( maybe a little more time is required for this) Overall it was a great experience and a fun tour. Definitely worth doing!

Fun ghost tour - The tour was fun and something a bit different. The guide also did not try to scare us. We laughed more than screamed. It was a good way also to be orientated to the site before seeing it the next day.

A must see. - A beautiful place considering the atrocities that occurred there. Very friendly and knowledgeable guides available to inform and entertain. You’re also able to listen to a recorded explanation from a guide that has worked there over 30 years and explains in detail all the buildings and history. The ghost tour was fun but not as good as it used to be. Would love to hear more stories of the people there and not as many stories of encounters that people have had. Sad we couldn’t go to the surgeon’s house.

A night to remember - The opportunity to experience the historic buildings at Port out at night was too good to pass up. The guide was very knowledgeable and regale us with numerous stories of paranormal sightings around the area. We were impressed with the way he included a number of special needs people and their careers in the experience.

Underwhelming - Guide was a little hard to understand. Weather was perfect on a very warm night. Stories were a little disappointing. My wife was really looking forward to doing the ghost tour. However unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations.

Boring - Very underwhelming. Felt like a guided tour during the night. The tour guide reduced the eerie atmosphere that the tour could have been through the use of jokes. Sadly this is definitely not the memorable ghost tour I attended 20 years ago. Unlike my previous experience there was no pre-warm up photos of paranormal encounters that had happened on other tours on display to amp you up and the entire feel of the tour is commercial. Disappointing at best. Feel free to go if you’re between 10-13 years of age.
