History of Port Arthur - It was a long drive but well worth it.. we traveled with Bespoke tours. Only 6 people on the tour. The guide Ross was excellent. He explained the sad history of Port Arthur which was a prison for the poor of England who mostly committed minor offenses. They could not escape and we're alive labor in horrible conditions. It's in a beautiful location. We're glad we went to learn the history of Port Arthur.

Personalised Port Arthur Tour - Ross picked us up from the ship. He was very professional and friendly. He took us to Port Arthur, with stops along the way. He gave us the option of walking around on our own or he could come with us and be our guide. We were happy for him to come along and he was very knowledgeable on the area.

We had the pleasure of... - We had the pleasure of experiencing a guided tour with Ross (Bespoke Tours Hobart) during my recent cruise trip to Hobart. From start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. Ross was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area, but also engaging and passionate, which made the tour so much more enjoyable. He helped understand the Port Arthur Historic site.

Highly Recommend Bespoke Tours - Had a cruise ship stop in Hobart and an amazing excursion with Ross to visit the Port Arthur Historical Site, a British colonial prision. He was very knowledgeable of the area and made our party feel like one of the family. Would highly recommend him for any of your touring needs while in the area.

Well worth the time! - This tour was a wonderful mix of rugged scenery and dramatic history, with a touch of lightness at the lavender and chocolate stops. We were not rushed at any of the stops. Ross escorted us around Port Arthur and gave us wonderful insight that we wouldn’t have gotten if we had explored on our own. Ross was a pleasant combination of down home hospitality and professional tour guide. He not only shared the history of Tasmania and Port Arthur, but took interest in his passengers, treating us more like friends than paying guests. His driving was very good, especially considering the rainy conditions. We appreciated the smaller group.
