Great day - Sangaran took us to many sights.He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Loved the Batu Caves, towers, palace. War memorial etc.

It's worth it, we... - It is worth it, we visited several very interesting places, the guide is very kind and helpful but speaks little English.
The cruise arrived at Westports and not Cruise Terminal so you have to take a 30 minute shuttle to transfer, it created a little confusion at first.
Precaution to be taken when booking as it is necessary to allow at least one hour between the arrival of the boat and the pick-up of passengers.
I highly recommend this excursion.

Day tour Kuala Lumpur - Cruise Ship arrived early! Your booked from 1100 - WhatsApp message at 1045 with driver / vehicle details - waiting in car park.
Travel first Bacu Caves - heavy traffic due to collision on motorway - Murugan - our driver pointed out ‘landmarks’ and visited key sites around City. Busy day but enjoyable - cows grazing on edge of motorway was an interesting thing to see - although ‘normal

Your driver arrived at... - Your driver arrived at the pick-up point ahead of time and was very polite. We had a very pleasant 7-hour drive together.

Good, busy day meet expectations and a good value - Busy day, be prepared for a day in the car! Attractions are not close together and thus a hard grind…not ADA and some activities are strenuous!! Plan on buying or bringing snacks and water, mett my expectations

He was curtious and polit. Time efficent and was happy to show us as many sites as he could - Great driver and willing to share his knowledge of the area. Also stopped at a few places we asked to see without any complaints

Tour from cruise port - Comprehensive tour of KL if you haven't been before. We chose to omit the shopping. The Batu Caves climb is quite strenuous. Time limits were good for each stop. You do not have time to go up the toweres. If you wanted to you would need to prebook. Nagen, our guide, got us from the port and back in plenty of time. He was helpful and knowledgeable on our enquiries

Guide did not show up - The tour provider did not show up. We waited in the arrival hall for over 45 minutes before contacting Viator, who informed us that the tour had been cancelled the night before. We received no WhatsApp message or email notifying us of this cancellation. As a result, we were unable to do the tour. We paid the full price in advance and are still waiting for a full refund. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and handling of this situation.

Stay away! - The tour operator sent a very small Sedan for 4 people. We were stuffed in the car like Sardines. I will not recommend this tour operator. This tour operator is cheating people. Not capable of sending large enough vehicle to fit very fit 4 people.
I definitely will stay away from this tour operator.

Our "tourguide" was... - Our "tourguide" was nothing more than a driver. He showed up an hour earlier than our voucher stated and expected to start right away. He was unaware of the list of 17 sites that the tour included and we had to direct him to the list. He was polite but mildly contentious from the beginning that the list was not possible to do in the time allowed. He asked us what we wanted to see of the list, but we had little context in which to give him an answer, and he offered no guidance. We eliminated any break for lunch and still were unable to see all of the sites. The worst part of this fiasco was that the "tour guide" provided us no history no facts about Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur. When we reached each site he opened the door, pointed where to go and said he would be there when we were done. He offered no history, facts, description or context for any of the sites, no guidance what to see or its meaning or significance. He did nothing to guide us managing the time to its best effect. This is the worst tour guide we have ever experienced. We had one day in Kuala Lumpur and probably will never have an opportunity to return. The tour guide was preoccupied with when the tour was to end, that we booked with Viator and that he would have provided a better experience if we booked with him, and if the tour took too long he would have to charge extra. This made the experience negative, unpleasant and a little stressful. Viator obviously did not vet this guide. Really awful.
