Pyramids of Giza - You will proceed to the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx, renowned as some of the world’s most famous tourist attractions, even during Roman times. These magnificent structures were the final resting places for kings of the 4th Dynasty (c.2613–2494 BC). The Great Pyramid of Giza was constructed for King Khufu (c.2589–2566 BC), while the other two were built for Khafre and Menkaure, his son and grandson. Khufu’s pyramid is the oldest and largest of the three, and it remained the tallest building for 3,800 years!
Then, visit the Valley Temple where the priests mummified the body of King Chephre. - Great Sphinx - This is one of the most incredible places to visit and capture stunning photos. It is a mythological creature with a lion’s body and a human head, a significant symbol in Egyptian and Greek art and legend.
