Friendly, Personal and Knowledgeable - Truly fortunate to have found Vila’s best tour company captained by Spencer the most friendly, personable tour guide and driver with great knowledge of the Island of Efate. We really enjoyed the good, safe driving as well as being able to accommodate our 4 stop itinerary easily in the day we had in port on our cruise. Incredible Experience! - By far our best decision before heading to Vanuatu. We did 3 tours with Bountiful, 2 full day private mini van hires, and 1 half-day hire. All the staff we had, Spencer, Fabian, Chanel and of course, the incredible Grace! Were top notch. They look after you, show you around, help you get the best value out of everything you do. And Grace is truly incredible. One of the best people in all of Vanuatu (and that's something to say), we could not have asked for a better guide, and now, friend! 2 Amazing Days with Grace and Nick - We did 2 full day tours with the wonderful Nick as our driver and beautiful Grace as our guide. Our party of 12 had the best time being shown all the incredible sights around the island. We visited Rarru waterfalls, Blue lagoon, Top Rock, Tanna coffee, turtles, Mummas markets, hot springs, Eton Beach and Papeyo cultural village. Best value for money, felt safe and very well looked after. - From messaging Sai to meeting Adam and Fabian at the cruise terminal was seamless. Adam knew all the places to go, we felt safe the whole time. Would totally recommend these guys to either do a tour or just hire the van and driver and guide for the day. Well done Bountiful Tours, exceptional service from the start till our departure.

Awesome Tour!! - We chose the private minibus hire for the day. We had Adam as our tour guide and I can’t say enough good things about him. We had 6 teenagers with us and he was absolutely awesome with the kids. Nothing was a problem for him and he suggested and chose some really great places for us to visit including the blue lagoon and Rarru waterfalls. If you are ever coming to Port Villa, I highly recommend Bountiful Tours. Everything from the initial email to book right through to the day was such a breeze. CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ENOUGH!!!

Cruising in Port Vila - We were in for a day tour in Port Vila and booked ahead. We had George as our driver and Grace as our guide. We swam at the blue lagoon, visiting the turtle sanctuary, lunch and swim at the banana beach resort and finishing with duty free and shopping at the markets. Grace was especially attentive to our 3y/o and helped ensure we had an amazing, unforgettable day, thank you Grace and George and the team for such great memories

Would use again if I returned to Vanuatu - Very positive experience. The crew were there waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship. Our guide Adam was excellent. He was knowledgeable of the area, accommodating to all our requests and spoke fluent English.

BRING CASH for visiting tourist hot spots. - This was a good option for getting around Vanuatu and visiting the tourist spots - I had no issues with the drivers who went over and above to make us feel welcome, but we had NO IDEA that each location (turtles/Blue Lagoon etc) all have an associated cost (eg. Turtles are $25 AUD per adult, and Blue Lagoon is approx $50 AUD 2a/2k). I TRULY WISH this had been communicated via the many messages sent before we left on our cruise. Organising a group of 24 is hard enough without the surprise of entry fees. A few of us didn't have cash on us (thinking we would head somewhere with eftpos for lunch), so some had to miss out. It was upsetting and super awkward for all involved. We only went to one location that we could afford (Blue Lagoon which was very busy at the time, but we were happy to at least be able to go somewhere), then we headed to a local resort to do some snorkelling/drinks. Not the original plan at all, but we tried to make the most of it. I rarely write negative reviews, but if I was planning to go with this van hire, I would have appreciated knowing that each location had additional costs for entry.
