To do - The Tuor was fun, the guides and the captain very good and nice. We saw the dolphins despite the girl who sold us the tickets did not guarantee their vision. Thank you, beautiful experience

Great Value, Even Better Tour! - We loved every minute of this tour! The value for money was wonderful. Taking in all the beautiful scenery from a unique vantage point. Getting to jump into the sea was a super special part too!! Thank you to Gabriel and the wonderful captain for their hospitality and fun facts!

Great experience - It’s great but we were hoping for them to give us more historical features of the caves.
It’s also crowded and since the boat is big, we cannot go to all the caves. Plus we weren’t able to go down to Benagil Cave.
But it’s still worth it.

Great fun afternoon! - Great experience, we had a blast!
The young man at departing point was knowledgeable and friendly, definitely an asset to the company!
Life vests were not explained to us but crew ensured they were on correctly. Fumes from the engine were a bit nauseating, esp. when we were backing up in caves.

Late, dishonest, unprofessional and overcharged - Late pick up waiting around for 20 minutes for the driver. Then had to wait for around 30 minutes in the hot weather before we could board the boat. Overcharged - we spent €35 per person as quoted on the leaflet and told no flexibility. However, others on the same trip paid €25 per person. They advertised dolphin tour on the way back but there was no effort made to see dolphins (perhaps because they’re only around at a certain time but we were sold a fantasy that we could see dolphins at the time we were going). The only good thing was the beauty of Portugal which the boat trip allowed us to do. There were lots of people crammed onto one boat which made it difficult to take pictures and enjoy a peaceful boat trip. It wasn’t 2 hours long - it lasted 1.5 hours. None of the staff were wearing uniforms. Overall very unprofessional and overpriced compared to the other boat trip to Silves I did with a company called Alvor Boat Trips.

Shambles.. - Family of me my partner and our 2 year old .
Unfortunately we booked a 2 hour trip at 9 am, arriving in our hotel lobby at 8:30 to receive a text, no driver for boat at 9 am can you do 11:30. With no choice yes fine.
We got collected at 10:45 for our 11:30 trip.
We arrived, crammed on to the boat like sardines, we raced across the ocean, not very relaxing at all.. had a look at a few caves which was great no problem but very rushed
The ride back, flat out not even an attempt looking for dolphins.It was just awful, numerous passengers upset. Equally.
And to top it off when we arrived back, our ride back to the hotel was no where to be seen, after waiting half an hour and told he will be another 10-15 minutes I didn’t trust a word and just got a Uber so my family and I could get on with our day and get over the waste of money experience we had received.
Don’t waste your money

Avoid Manguitus – Rushed, Uncomfortable, and Disappointing - We booked a boat trip with Manguitus from Portimão to Benagil, expecting a relaxing 2-hour experience with proper stops at several caves, as advertised. Unfortunately, it was a total letdown.
The trip was scheduled to leave at 14:30 but only departed at 14:55 and returned by 16:15 — a total of just 1 hour and 20 minutes, far from the promised 2 hours. The boat sped through almost the entire journey, making it a rough and uncomfortable ride that completely ruined the peaceful experience we were hoping for. They only slowed down near three caves and didn’t make any proper stops. Even at Benagil, they just entered the cave to turn around — no time to appreciate the view.
It felt rushed and unprofessional, as if they were just trying to finish the tour as quickly as possible. For the same price, there are much better companies that actually deliver on what they advertise. I don’t recommend Manguitus at all — it was a waste of time and money.
