This Hatha Yoga class welcomes all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. As the sun sets, experience the enchanting atmosphere as the light shifts and another busy day comes to a close. It’s the ideal moment to practice and embrace the journey of letting go. Come and enjoy the breeze in your hair, the sun on your face, the sound of the waves, and the scent of the fresh ocean air. Please register in advance! The start time may vary based on weather, tide, and sunset, and you will receive a text the day before your scheduled class.

Please meet your instructor 5 minutes before the given time just across the Bistro Italiano Restaurant next to the Ice Cream Stand. At the beginning of Praia da Rocha promenade!! NOT down the wooden walking path/beach!! In case you have difficulties you can always call or text me.

Great Experience! - This was an awesome experience in an amazing location. Our instructor, Lizi, guided us thru an energetic flow and offered modifications suited to all members of our group that were of various levels of experience. The views from the beach were beautiful and she even took photos of the experience and shared them with us after the class so we will have fond memories. She also gave us some great tips on local travel activities. This Sunset yoga class was extremely enjoyable and we highly recommend it!

Relaxation with an Amazing View - A wonderful and relaxing activity with a beautiful view! The instructor did a fantastic job of explaining the moves for different experience levels. My teen daughter and I would definitely do this session again with this instructor.

Wonderful relaxing yoga - Lizi is a very friendly and competent yoga teacher. she did very varied exercises and explained and demonstrated them very well. She also paid close attention to the execution and corrected accordingly.

Beautiful yoga experience during sunset in the sand 🧘🏼♀️ - Great yoga experience at the beach during sunset. Calming waves of the ocean in the background, simply magnificent!😍🧘🏼♀️ Bring a hoodie with you as it can get windy. Lizi is well prepared and provides you with a yoga mat.😊👍🏼
