Misleading tour - This tour gives an impression that you are able to drive your own buggy, “they say in the description that you will navigate a smooth road to get used to it” why would their driver need to get used to anything??? We tried to contact the tour guide for 2 weeks to confirm we could drive 3 buggies for 4 people. Viatar tried to get a response as well. We never got a response until I called once in town and the tour operator said they only had two buggies and we were not driving ourselves. We did not attend the tour and requested our money back for a deceptive advertisement. Even Viatar requested our money back, and again simply ignored once again. I will contact my Visa card company now and decline the charge. Horrible customer service from this tour company. Stay clear of them
