Definitely recommend - We had a fantastic day on this tour. The staff are friendly, helpful and fun! They worked really hard and ensured everyone was having a good time. It was really beautiful to see Portugal and the caves. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our day!

If Carlsberg did days out. - Great day out. Friendly and safety conscious crew. Can't fault the experience. It really is the best way to see the caves.

Great day for all - Fun, great day and worth every penny. The trip was well organised and all onboard got chance to see the stunning coastline and visit the caves from the smaller tenders. The BBQ was fun and the wine, beer and soft drinks were free-flowing once the food was served. Food comprised bbq chicken, sausages and sardines, served with a fresh salad, bread and melon for afters. The 6 hours flew past and we were very glad we went.

Great Tour! - The lunch provided at the beach was amazing! The boat was very clean and the views were unbelievable!!

2 hour speedboat dolphins and caves - Wow, we went on the Ophelia 2 hour speedboat dolphins and caves tour today, booked through TUI and it was truly outstanding! We had two children with us, ages 8 and 11 and were completely looked after! Diago and Ricardo were amazing hosts and did everything to make sure we had the best experience! They spent so long looking for dolphins for us and when we found them it was magical! The caves were breathtaking and spectacular too! Diago was extremely knowledgeable about local culture and landmarks and made everything so fun for us! We will definitely do this trip again! Thank you.

Sunset Boat Party - I went to a Sunset Party, which was scheduled to start at 5 p.m. On the tickets it was stated that the check-in would be 20 mm earlier. The boat arrived late and departed only at 17:55. The lack of punctuality prevents me from giving 5*. Besides, the walk and the music were pleasant.

Negative experience - The idea would have been nice if my husband and I but also the other customers had been prepared for the adventure ahead. The ship was like a disco with a hundred passengers, proper music and entertainment but no preparatory emails about how it would all play out. Preferable to embark on an empty stomach because seasickness can happen (it can happen). To see the caves, however, you go down in small boats divided into groups with life jackets. Each boat has no support to hold and makes risky maneuvers. So between those who had been sick before and those there at the time, I vomit everywhere with the risk of falling. My husband started vomiting in the water and so people from the nearby boat risked dirtying people on our boat. When I alerted the captain that my husband was ill he replied that everything was normal. Back on board with loud music, half the people on board were with bags vomiting. My husband and others who kept doing this and I lost consciousness 10 minutes with my head resting on a table. Boat stops offshore for those who wanted to dive and then I arrive in an area with umbrellas for a barbecue. Food to be picked up in the queue and eaten with a tray under an umbrella, in an uncomfortable position. A single dish all mixed, meat, salad etc. Dirty water where to bathe. Surreal experience that other guests have also found negative like me. You can't have fun with animation and loud music if you see people around being sick and not even enjoying the scenery. For me not to do or do but aware that it could not be a good experience.
