• Algar de Benagil - The journey will take us to Benagil, a quaint fishing village on the southern coast of the Algarve, renowned for its stunning sea cave. However, this charming Algarve location offers much more than just the cave to discover.

The most famous of the rock formations is the Cave of Benagil (Gruta de Benagil), where the Algar de Benagil is found. This enormous cave is often called the Benagil Cathedral due to its multiple arches, which, when viewed from outside, resemble a cathedral.

Your journey begins at Portimão, the gathering place is situated adjacent to the Ruins of the San Francisco Convent. Here, our crew members will start with a brief safety protocol instruction, followed by the handover of lifejackets.

Reservations are allocated automatically. If you’re booking separately but are part of a group, please inform us which reservations are linked to your group

We would like to notify our patrons that our life jackets are automatic. Deliberately triggering them without reason will result in a supplementary fee of €70 per life jacket, payable at the boarding point

• Showcasing the wonders of our coast is a mission that we take very seriously. The state of the sea may not allow boats to enter the caves safely. This is an assessment that is up to our experienced skippers and maritime authorities.
