- International Rose Test Garden - A hallmark of the city, this stunning garden in Washington Park is Portland’s largest official rose garden, boasting over 10,000 roses and more than 650 varieties. From May to October, visitors can wander among the beautiful blooms, enjoy the fragrant aromas, and take in the breathtaking views of downtown and Mount Hood.
