You get spectacular views of the Skelligs, two great islands of rock coming out of the Sea. The area is a haven for bird life and is full of nesting seabirds early in the year.

- Kerry Bog Village Museum - We stop at the Bog Village, see Famine cottages, cottages that show Irish life in the 1930 , feed the Irish Wolfhounds, one of the World’s largest dogs. Lots to see and do here.
- Kells Sheep Centre - A highlight of the Tour, see a world champion Shepherd with his Border Collies give a demonstration on sheep herding. A pleasure to watch man and dog in action.

Ring of Kerry and then transport to Shannon - Joe was a perfect guide for Steves and my day in Killarney and Ring of Kerry. He was so knowledgeable, personable, kind, funny, had great history clips, family oriented, and showed us the most amazing sites and stops along the way. His transportation vehicle was extremely nice and comforable. He knows so many people and that made the day trip so memorable. Thank you Joe!

Great Tour of The Ring of Kerry - Our driver, Joe, was excellent! He was extremely flexible and was very patient with my wife who has bad knees and must take it slowly. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the heart of Ireland.

Ring of Kerry - Joe was our tour guide for the Ring of Kerry tour. The weather did not cooperate- rain and mist shrouded the views. Joe was amazing about changing activities so we could learn about and appreciate the Ring of Kerry- having fun when weather was terrible. We highly recommend Joe as a guide for this tour!

Amazing day, wonderful guide, incredible sights - perfect!! - We had an absolutely amazing day with Bill, our wonderful guide and driver. So many interesting and beautiful sights, and Bill was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and fun to be with! The Kerry Cliffs are a stunning experience. We all gained so much from Bill's historical information and insights. THANK YOU to Bill, and also to Joe, who arranged everything for us! Excellent experience on all counts!!

He can't control the weather, but Joe made the best of the situation. - Joe with Kerry Private Tours was awesome! Drizzle and fog all day meant he had to play things by ear by omitting some sights not visible because of fog and filling in with other stops that he might not normally have made - but it worked. Two couples is the perfect size for his new and very clean van. We had a blast.

Great Day with Joe on the Ring of Kerry - We had a great time with Joe on the Ring of Kerry. He contacted us a head of time to confirm the best place to meet and start our journey. Joe picked us up in a new van that easily fit all of us. The trip lasted all day but because of the number of stops, time went by very quickly. If I had any criticism it would be that it's hard to hear Joe from the back seat of the van. Also it would be nice if Joe could share more history on the area we are traveling.
GREAT DAY!! I would absolutely book this trip again.

Joe is the guy! - Our private driver Joe was amazing!!! So knowledgeable and the van super comfortable. He had tons of things set up and even some fun surprises-great day. Would highly recommend-ask for Joe!

Off the tour bus track - The last day of our trip to Ireland was the best day with our guide Billy and his Ford van. My husband and I began our day with a short easy hike to Torc Falls in Killarney National Park having the trail mostly to ourselves. Next on to Kells Sheepdogs for a sheep herding demonstration. We continued on to the Skellig Ring where the roads are too winding and narrow for tour buses. The Kerry cliffs are wild and spectacular - much different than the Cliffs of Moher. We ate lunch in Portmagee where the sea food is so fresh. Billy talked a lot about Irish history - we saw an English watch tower meant to thwart Napoleon and an ancient stone grave in a field. It was completely worthwhile to spend some time on our own with a guide and plenty of time for questions and discussion.

The best Ring of Kerry experience! - This was an absolutely perfect day! Joe was so personable and thoughtful! His driving was first rate, and his car was spotless and comfortable! Some of our favorite stops were seeing the Irish Wolfhounds at the old Irish village, watching a shepherd and his award winning border collie herd sheep on a working sheep farm, an incredible sea food meal for lunch, the waterfall at Torc, the ice cream in Sneem, I could go on and on, actually. The stops were so thoughtfully placed that I never felt like we were in the car too long. This will always be one of my favorite days in Ireland!
