• Fanal Forestry Station - This delightful activity starts in the late afternoon at 4:00 pm. Participants will embark on a 7 km walk through the enchanting Magic Forest of Fanal, concluding with a breathtaking sunset view. Since this takes place at the end of the day, there will be fewer people on the trail, allowing everyone to fully appreciate the beauty of the route.

Afterward, if desired, there is an opportunity to dine in Vila da Ponta do Sol, which boasts four restaurants. Guests will be dropped off at their chosen restaurant and, once dinner is complete, will be returned to their hotel.

This unique experience takes place during the afternoon, along less-traveled trails, affording the opportunity to witness the sunset from within the Enchanting Fanal Forest. We will tread through the heart of the Laurissilva Forest, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1999. The journey is brimming with endemic flora and punctuated with panoramic views of valleys, mountains and breathtaking landscapes. Our excursion concludes with a magnificent sunset, given favourable weather conditions, amidst the ancient trees of the enchanted Fanal Forest.
