The tour includes hotel pick-up, travel along the renowned N222 route to Peso da Régua, and a guided visit to a vineyard offering three unique wines: Porto Wine, sparkling wine, and Green Wine, complete with insights into their production processes. In Pinhão, enjoy a private Douro River cruise featuring regional tapas and wines.
Proceed to Amarante to explore the historic center and the Church of São Gonçalo, savor the traditional local pastry and Green Wine. Conclude with snacks in a typical bag before heading back to Porto, around 3:30 p.m.

May take longer than 6-7... - May take longer than 6-7 hours, but a lovely way to spend the day. Manuel did a fantastic job and was very passionate.

AMAZING DAY! - This tour was absolutely the highlight of our trip - you MUST go! Victor was absolutely amazing, he worked very hard to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Tour info was super interesting, and all the food and wine was delicious. Could not recommend more highly!!!

Just book it! - What a great experience! Viktor was great, friendly, knowledgeable, patient! My aunt suggested the tour and she was right. It included everything we wanted… a river tour, wine, port tasting, visiting a vineyard, a visit to another cute area which includes included a church dedicated to a saint that is a matchmaker - woo hoo my husband is on his way! Even though the weather wasn’t great we didn’t even notice. Great group great guide- book the tour!

If you want a little bit of everything, do this! - Fantastic tour guide and the route and scenery was gorgeous. The boat tour and winery were both very beautiful and educational. We learned a lot about the area and vineyard culture. The Croft staff were also very knowledgeable and friendly. The meal was authentic and family style. It was wonderful to meet other travelers as well.

Port wine tour with ham - We had an mazing experience with our guide Miguel and our driver Jose. It was definitely a day tour id recommended to anyone visiting the city of Porto.

You can still have fun in rain! - We had Miguel as our guide who we really enjoyed. Our trip was challenged by some unfavorable weather and Miguel did a great job navigating it to ensure we still had a great experience. We also have to give great compliments to our driver, Elder.

Great tour, good food, good value, no port wine - Great tour at a good price. My only disappointment was that we didn't actually try any port wine. It was my last day in Porto and, as someone who doesn't drink a lot, I had skipped the port tastings in the city expecting to try some on this tour. The wines we did try were good, but none were port.
The thing I liked best about this tour was the scenery and learning about the area, including wine production and the unique aspects of the area that make it a UNESCO site. Initially I was disappointed by the quantity of food on the boat ride (which was a nice part of the tour), but then we got to Amarante and ate quite a bit there, so I was happy. I recommend this tour if you're not expecting to drink port wine.
