Very nice walk, oral, followed by a very nice fado show. - Very nice original walk with a very friendly guide, off the beaten track towards the lighthouse was proposed by our guide Julio as an alternative to the old town that everyone had already visited. That followed by a very nice fado show.

Wonderful experience! - We (my husband, adult children and I) had a wonderful experience on this tour. We thoroughly enjoyed having Julio as our guide. He was pleasant and funny right from the start and was very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of interesting historical information about the city. The Fado show and dinner were wonderful. Great food, pleasant hosts and the performances were great! We were also able to get photos with the performers at the end of the show which was a bonus. This tour was great value for the money spent and we would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the authentic... - Enjoyed the authentic Portuguese meal and Fado show. It allowed us to witness and experience this beautiful culture. Tiago was a great guide and a fountain of knowledge. He helped bring this experience to life for us!

Five stars is not enough - We were more than pleased with every step of yesterday's heritage tour. There were four of us and every one of us was overwhelmed. The hour long tour of Porto was excellent specially also being adapted to our request to take a different route than the normal. The restaurant was a great surprise, we would never have found it in a million years ourselves. It was cosy and the food was nice. And then the most fabulous fado session started with three guitars and three different singers, all of them wonderful individually and together. We couldn't have hoped for a better evening!

Alex is a star ! - A great tour round the city with Alex, he listened carefully to any questions we had and answered them thoroughly and with a touch of humour ! We then went on to the Fado show with dinner, I've always a bit cautious about 'dinner shows', always fearing they are down to a price , not up to a standard, but it was fantastic, Food was of good restaurant quality and the wine kept flowing ! The Fado show was intimate, not a 'stage show', with several singers often walking amongst the diners. Alex 5* Dinner 5* Wine 5* Show 5* !

Great tour and live music show!!! - Our guide Antonio was so knowledgeable and took us to some really interesting places by van before dinner. Our favorite was the train station to look at the tiles. Amazing! We loved learning about the city’s history and geography. Well done! The fado dinner was a mixed bag. Family owned restaurant. They were welcoming and kind. The food, however, was the worst we’ve had on the Iberian peninsula. Just keep in mind: “We’re going for live music. We’re going for live music.” And that part of the evening was outstanding. Singing with so much passion and talent. We recommend this! Great value. But don’t expect a whole lot from the food.
