Great experience - I had such a wonderful experience, we had a photo shoot in Positano where our photographer was able to capture such scenic views along the coast. Will definitely use again for our next trip

Incredible experience with amazing photos! Thank you! - My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our Positano photoshoot! The Photographer was experienced, polite and knew all the best spots to take some great photos us and our bump! He was super efficient and managed to get quite a few stops and backdrops in. He was also kind enough to take some beautiful videos on our phone for our instagram and we got our photos back within 72hours!!!…. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for making our shoot so enjoyable and giving us such special memories :)

It’s worth it to get professional pictures - Great photos capturing the essence of Positano. So glad we hired a photographer to take some pictures of the beautiful coastline of the Amalfi Coast. It was a husband and wife team that were so cute. They were on time and picked a local parking garage area that was easy to find. They walked around and took different images at different spots with the best views. They were very fun and made us feel very comfortable. Clearly, they’ve been doing this for a while because they knew exactly where to stand to have the best view of the coastline in Positano. you do have to pay for their travel expenses when you meet with them. The posting on TripAdvisor isn’t really clear about this. I think you get around 20 photos that you can choose from. However, when we got the link, we had more than 200 photos and of course we wanted all of them so we paid the up charge just to have a digital download of all the pictures that was relatively inexpensive and well worth it to be honest.

Horrible Expererience - The only reason this gets a 1 star is because a selection was required. I booked this experience in Viator appx 2 months prior to the intended day, which was my husband and I’s anniversary. Positano is a very dear place to us and we were both excited to have our photos taken. I filled out all of the requested info from The Photo Experience (TPE). Long story short, TPE never actually contacted any of the photographers in Positano. The only reason I found this out was because the morning of the event, I still had received no information on the shoot. I had to reach out to Viator customer service, TPE support and then some assistant for the actual photographer. Apparently, the original photographer got sick and they couldn’t find another one. I received NO INFORMATION on this either. Again, it took contacting 3 different supports to finally get this answer. All to find out that there was nobody available that could do the shoot. TPE made a long list of excuses, including blaming Viator. Viator couldn’t tell me any answers as to why this was an issue as well. Nobody seemed to take any accountability, so I ended up receiving a refund. What is the saddest part of all is that this is people’s lives and important milestones they were looking forward to capturing. DO NOT BOOK!

SCAM- FAKE - I booked a photo shoot for August 13 and no one reached out to me with any information about the photoshoot at all (time, location, photographer, etc.). I had to reach out to them myself and I was told that they don’t have any information for me but would reach out 5-7 days before the photo shoot to provide me with information about the process. I waited and decided to reach out when there were 5 days left before the scheduled photoshoot. I never got any response. I had to book a whole other person. These people are unprofessional. Don’t book here. There are amazing photographers on Instagram with better experience and high quality work.
