Day trip to Potsdam from Berlin - We did a day out to Potsdam ,40 minutes by train from Berlin. Use hop on bus service, we were met at the station by hop on bus staff. We paid for 4 adults 15 euros each. 15 stops and worth doing just to get around to all the attractions we wanted to see. We got to Potsdam at 10am back on our way to Berlin by 17.00pm Potsdam might take 2 days to see everything, but our one day there was good .

Bus broken - Unfortunately, one or even more buses were broken. We were lucky and were picked up by another bus company! Are always excited about city sightseeing...

Not the Best - The tour was Ok and I appreciated the hop on and hop off feature. The recorded guide was really silly and dud t provide much historical info. It was not the company’s fault but the very heavy city traffic made for a slow trip and delayed pickups. The ride was extremely bumpy because of the cobblestone streets and the bus’ poor suspension and small tires.

Expensive turn-off of 20€/pp - Boarded at Sans Soucis Castle, after a 20-minute 1/2-hour stop at Luisenplatz. The 5€ discount that we would enjoy with Berlin Welcome Card was not accepted, but is mentioned in their leaflet! Lots of back and forth, again 10 min. wait at Luisenplatz. Explanation via earpieces (including English) not always in sync with what we saw.

TRASH. Don't waste time or money. - Don't even think about throwing your money here. I'd already read bad reviews and we weren't going to catch it, but it started raining and we cheered up, and what time... To begin with we were charged one ticket more than we asked for, when paying by card at the time we did not realize, but before getting on the bus we saw the 4 tickets and checked the charge, they actually charged the 4. At the time of purchase there were only the 3 of us and there was no one else around, so it was hard to go wrong, it is clear that the guy tried to get an "extra". We went to tell him and he gave us the €20 back. Once on the bus... the audio guide is the most REGRETTABLE I've ever heard. Very poor information, out of sync with the journey (which goes fast and doesn’t give you time to see anything) and complicated to locate what they say, as soon as a guide speaks with a Castilian accent as another with a Portuguese accent and many others, they leave the sentences in half... seems like a joke. At the 5th stop we decided to take the loss of 60€ and get off to continue on foot.

You scoundrels, you don't live up to your announcement, you don't stop at stops. - They are scoundrels, promises that you can get off at each stop and then get on the next bus, it is completely false, we stopped at stop 9 to see the Cecileinhof palace and when we returned to the stop to catch the next bus, step by the hour and since it was full did not stop, on the next bus we had to get in the middle of the carriageway to stop it, because its intention was not to stop, and when we reached the final destination where we hired it, stop 3 there was no one to claim. Nor did anyone heed the claim we sent to the addresses in your brochure. I will report it to the tourism authorities.

Awful - Awful… waited bus to go home at 5pm bus did not arrive until 5.30 and bus drive refused to let us on the bus … bus drove became very agressive screamed at us that last pick up was at 5.30 (or was 5.30) when asked as to how we should get home driver laughed at us and said get taxi him ….

Lousy. - No historical explanation or any kind regarding Berlin. Two guys who sometimes talk or point to some point but generally their dialogue is silly. You don't know where you're going. He doesn't announce the stops. I feel conned

Don't use it, terrible! - Do not use this route, it is easier to take a taxi to important points. Buses don't run on schedule! You'll just be wasting your time waiting for the bus at the stop. Very sorry for the money spent! First the bus left early and we didn't catch up. Then we walked about 40 minutes to the next stop, and when we got there, the bus just didn't arrive. So we sit at the bus stop for another hour and wait. This attitude towards customers is no good. It's disgusting. Never seen that in any 6-beard. Rate from 1 to 10? I'll give you minus 10! Waste of time and money!

Not recommended - Potsdam is very beautiful but the tourist bus is very unpleasant. The guide, with a very loud tone of voice, does not allow you to savor this splendid city. Not recommended
