Unbelievably beautiful historical town - The tour guide was very informative. He gave us a lot of information about Prague as we drove out of the city and then when we arrived at Kalovy Vari. We had plenty of time to drink from the different springs, stop in a Cafe for lunch, and also take in all of the historical town.

Perfect Tour for a Very Reasonable Fee - Don’t Miss It! - Our Tour guide was lovely - personable, professional, informative and engaging. She gave us background info on Czechia during the bus ride as well as on a guided tour through this famous spa town. The bus driver was also excellent, manoeuvring through downtown Prague during “rush” hour like a pro. We would highly recommend this tour! Thank you.

A Very Enjoyable Day Trip from Prague. - I really enjoyed my visit to Karlovy Vary, despite the rain! Our guide, Oleg, was excellent. He gave us lots of information en route and then guided our small group through the town, visiting various springs and pointing out film locations. Karlovy Vary is both walkable and very pretty . We were given the option - owing to the bad weather - of shortening our visit, but no one wanted to! I enjoyed wandering around, found a cosy café for lunch and bought a few mementos. The rain stopped eventually, making a walk by the river an attractive prospect! The driver very kindly dropped me off at my hotel as we were passing, although this wasn't included, unlike pickup. All in all - a lovely day ; I definitely recommend this trip.

Nice day out - Nice town did not expect to see such a wonderful sight pick up point was far from hotel even if they offer hotel pickup, you then find you have to walk for 25 min in out case, after I complained they picked us in a taxi, so well done.

Bad Experience with Best Tour Enterprise - Karlovy Vary is a beautiful place, but the Enterprise that made the tour is not good. The engine of the bus was very loud and if you were sitting in the seats half back, you could not hear the explanation of the guide. The guide was very bad-faced, without any desire or enthusiasm and with bad attitude as he was upset when we asked a question derived from his Spanish translation that was not very good. Even though we were a group of 10, he walked very fast without considering that there were seniors who walked a little slower. His tone of voice was monotonous and low and when he explained something to us, he turned his head constantly to point out the place (without having to) and we didn’t hear him and we missed part of the explanation every time he turned. It doesn't use a communication system so we can all hear it clearly. His explanation was very basic. The only good thing is that we had enough time to eat and tour Karlovy on our own.

Not happy - Driver left us off with a 22 minute walk back to our hotel when we returned to Prague. We expected as advertised to be returned to hotel where we were picked up

Better to stay for a day instead of doing a day trip - The original bus broke down so we have to wait for 30mins in the heat with no shades for the bus. When then new so called bus came, the seating is just terrible very narrow and not much leg room, more over the air conditioner weren't working properly. To be honest, there's nothing much the guide can do but he could have at least lighten the mood a bit.
