Great tour - and amazing service! - This tour was awesome - great views and amazing buildings and lots of information! Our tour guide was awesome and full of interesting facts about Kutna Hora. He really knew his history! The van driver was very kind and prompt and even went out of his way to bring something we left in the van to our hotel. Would book with this company again!

Kutna Hora trip from Best Tour Co - I just toured Kutna Hora with a great tour guide Martin. It was great to get outside of Prague and experience the Czech countryside. Be advised in the Ossuary no photography is allowed period. But our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Ossuary and the two cathedrals that you also visit on this highly recommended day trip from Prague.

Great value and a solid tour - Aleksjez was a great tour guide through Kutná Hora, extremely knowledgable and friendly. I recommend this tour to anyone, as he gave information on not only the area and beautiful cathedrals but provided a convenient ride with hotel pickup. And the bone church, whew, that was wild.

Overall, we had a great... - Overall, we had a great trip - our guide, Martin was very good explaining what we were looking at. Unlike other tours we have been on, there wasn't really much of a logistical break down - as far as explaining when bathroom or water breaks would be available - it was more of a stumble upon a bathroom as we walked to our first stop (cash required - also not told in advance). No breaks to get water or a drink until the last 40 minutes in town. Also, we went in a large tour bus - which wasn't started until it was almost fully loaded - which took ~30 minutes for the AC to even start cooling down the hot bus. Tour great - logistics - could be improved on.

Ok tour - The tour was ok. The issue we had was this was a 6 hour tour with no restroom facilities. The only thing offered was a paid toilet but we were not given that information prior to getting on the tour bus. Made for a challenging day.

Trip to Bone church - The Bone Church and St Barbara Cathedral were amazing sites to visit. The tour should include the tour guide to stay with us inside the sites to explain the history and paintings inside the structures. Unfortunately for the long ride back and forth on the bus, the bus was very warm inside and it was a hot day outside. So the traveling was a bit uncomfortable .

Pretty sites but underwhelming tour - The stops at each site were short but appropriate for the size of each place. The big downside is that descriptions and histories of each site were discussed by the tour guide on the bus over the intercom instead of at the site. The tour guide mostly left the group to explore on our own instead of showing us specifics of each place (like other tour guides I observed.) the tour guide was difficult to understand over the bus intercom, so I used Wikipedia to learn about the sites instead. He did have interesting facts to share if you talked to him individually. Lunch lasted an hour, which was enough time. I’d consider this tour a Plan B for your time in Prague.

Take a tour but skip this company - This was our 8th guided tour on a two week vacation and hands down the worst. The initial pick up was great. The driver took us to a location to meet the rest of the group and then we boarded a small bus. The bus is run down. The AC works but not well. On the way back they had to open the ceiling vent because it wasn’t working in the back of the bus at all. We were seated in the front so got enough cool air but I felt bad for the people in the back. The sites themselves were fine but there was very little information. We spent half the trip not understanding a word the guide said because it was in French. We booked an English tour. The guide was extremely difficult to understand over the speaker so between that and not having half of the talk pertaining to us I gave up and read my book the whole way there. As others said the bathroom was an issue at the first stop- you need 20 crown to use the bathroom but there’s no mention of that before the tour so you can’t be prepared. (There was a second bathroom spot later in the tour which was free and the facilities were fairly decent - but we also didn’t know there would be another bathroom break) The bone church was interesting albeit a little creepy but very little information was given at the site about what we were looking at. The second stop was a bit better but honestly felt like the tour was just not that great. Our guide did try to explain some things at this church, but it was difficult to understand her. We were given about 45 minutes of free time at the end which we spent eating (our choice of course but the tour pick up was 12:05 and we didn’t get dropped off until 18:30 so didn’t really have much choice if we didn’t wanna starve - the food wasn’t great at the Italian place but served its purpose) so didn’t have any time to actually explore the town which we would have liked to be able to do because it was so pretty. I’d go back to these sites, but not with this company. My other gripe is that on the way back, they asked if they could drop us off at the rail station or somewhere else other than the starting point. Which I guess was fine since they weren’t going to return us to our hotel where they picked us up from - news to us - so we would have had to pay for a taxi/uber regardless of where they left us. This was the only time this happened to us on any tour in any country we were in over the last 2 weeks. Honestly the whole tour seemed not well put together and unprofessional. I hate writing a bad review but honestly, save you money and precious time.

Disappointing - boring tour guide, expensive and unable to take photos - This tour was probably one of the worst we have done - and we have done 4 Viator trips in the last month alone. The bus was not marked and the driver was very moody. The guide did not make anyone feel welcome, was monotone, only recited facts and lacked charisma and a sense of humour. The time spent in the cathedral and surrounding buildings was too long - we walked through the beautiful town past some lovely cafes & shops but couldn't stop. We weren't told what time we would be stopping to eat (it wasn't until 3:30pm) and given the option, we could have easily had longer 'free time' and browsed the quaint shops/cafes. The bone church is very small and you are not allowed to take photos inside! An expensive tour and not worth it in my opinion.

Speed running follow the leader - This was not what was advertised or what I wanted. If you are looking for a speed-walking follow-the-leader situation, this tour is for you. However, I was looking for more of a way to explore places and maybe do a little bit of a guided tour at the churches and whatnot. However, this experience was one of the most guided tours I could imagine. The churches were fine, but the guided tour of the town actually made me angry. Our guide just walked far ahead of the group, would stop for about 15 seconds to say a sentence or two about something and then zoom off again. We only had 45 minutes of "free time" to explore the town itself, which was not enough considering we had to eat lunch in that time and weren't allowed to bring food on the bus. So we had just been zoomed through town without even time to take pictures and then we couldn't even go back to look at it or go shopping on our own. It's sad because there was a jewelry maker by the first church who I wanted to buy something from but we were forced to leave so quickly I wasn't able to do that. I don't see the point in a tour if we aren't given the chance to even support the local economy. I really didn't want to give this one star, but unfortunately I could not think of any redeeming qualities. The things we did see were cool, but this was absolutely not the way to see them, and it was really disappointing because I felt like I wasted a day I could've spent doing something else on my trip.
