Unfortunately I cannot... - Unfortunately I cannot remember our tour guide's name but she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

Prague Castle Tour - Ross was amazing, his knowledge of Czech’s, religious, cultural and political history really brought the Prague castle and Cathedral to life.

Great Tour & Guide - Hannah was an amazing guide. She is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The tour provides insights to the history of the leaders in Prague. Hanna used other documents with pictures to help us understand the historical timeline.

Flexible and professional - I read negative reviews about the lack of professionalism and flexibility of this tour operator, but instead my experience was super positive. We mistakenly bought tickets for the castle tour when we were already at the castle and only 15 minutes before the tour started. With a 9-month-old baby we wouldn't have had time to get to the meeting point, but with a simple phone call to Fun in Prague we immediately solved it: they gave us the guide's direct telephone number and we agreed with him on where to meet to join the group. The tour is done well, earphones to follow and the guide (Vaclav) very experienced with perfect Italian. Super recommended.

Headout Prague Castle Skip the Line Guided Tour - We bought tickets to Skip the Queue Prague Castle Tour 3 hours before the anticipated tour was to depart at 11am on the same day. The confirmation email with the tickets did not arrive until that evening. There is no published way to contact the office with any booking problems, nor is there any published meeting point, we couldn't even cancel the tickets as we received no email. We used PayPal to pay and although they originally found in our favour Headout provided them with a receipt of delivery of tickets, but no-one took into account that the tickets were not sent/received in time to join the Tour. The email is timestamped as being sent at 5.30pm that day. I understand that operating systems online can have some troubles but thought that we could resolve this issue. Unfortunately not! I have sent multiple letters to the Headout management. They are refusing to give me a refund of $104.00 Euros. Even though they have seen evidence of the electronic delivery error. When I first realised the tickets had not arrived I thought I had been scammed. Now that Headout refuse to refund I know we were ripped off. They must have had this problem previously but still have no contact details in there adverting, only in their confirmation email. ( Nice little business if you can sell a service online, not provide the service and still keep the money. Their policy states that if you don't join the tour then you don't get a refund.) Please just book your tours at your hotel and not online. After hours of trying to get in contact with the Headout people, we proceeded to Prague Castle and paid entry (again) and proceeded a self guided tour with audio. We didn't want to waste our last day in Prague. We were heading back to Australia the next day. P.S. There were no queues!
