• Letna Park - Our next destination is a local community beer garden with a traditional vibe. It’s adjacent to the tennis courts where Martina Navrátilová was coached by her father in 1962. In 1975, she sought political asylum in the USA at the age of 18. We enjoy another refreshment here.

• Letna Park - We continue to the site where the largest statue of Joseph Stalin stood for seven years, symbolizing oppression. Today, a metronome stands as a reminder that all things pass with time. Created in 1991, it is officially named The Time Machine. Above the plateau is a skatepark renowned across Europe. In 1989, a pirate radio station was established in a nuclear bunker beneath the former statue site. Known as Radio Stalin at 91.9 MHz, it gained legitimacy and a broadcasting license in 1991, becoming Czech Radio 1.
