How delicious! - Aida & Michelle showed us very committed super delicious Czech dishes yesterday. A potato pancake with sauerkraut, dumplings with goulash and as dessert gave puff pastry tubes filled with meringue (similar to canolli). We prepared all this under professional guidance. We were a small international group of 3 people and it was super fun as an event. I can only recommend this event! Thanks Aida & Michelle for the lovely time yesterday!

Run, Don’t Walk to this Experience!!! - Of all of the things we did in Prague, this was the best experience! Brett was an excellent chef. Our group was small, just one other couple. We went into the basement and spent the entire afternoon drinking wine, doing shots of moonshine, and making delicious Czech food. There were two vegetarians in the group and Brett made to accommodate to our needs. We had two 18-year olds and they had the best time! Make sure you book in advance as they fill up!

Fun, tasty and informative. - Brett was an excellent cooking instructor. He’s smart and funny. We had fun preparing and tasting a nice variety of foods. We made potato pancakes, dumplings, beef (with wine, onion and mushrooms), and cream roll (pastry with merengue). We also tasted sausages, cheeses, jam and bread. We everything was fun, easy and tasty. My favorite was the cream rolls. We chatted about culture, food and history.

The best ever! - I was looking for an authentic experience in Prague that did not feel touristy and this fit the bill. Bret was awesome and so were mu classmates. We made delicious food and it was amazing how simple everything seemed. I will definitely enjoy making these traditional Czech dishes when I return home to Kansas City later this month.
