Well Worth the Cost - This was a great visit to some unexpected historical landmarks in both Germany and northern Czech Republic. - The communications from Cayman Travel for pickup the night before were very detailed and helpful. - Our guide for the day, Yvette, had an impressive combination of knowledge, humor, and patience. Enjoyed being with her. - Although not too strenuous for regular walkers/hikers, it is a full day of activity, with significant steps/climbs in a couple of the locations and a total distance of about 8 miles.

This tour was awesome.... - This tour was awesome. Definitely plan for the whole experience to take ~12 hours and like others mention, definitely helpful to have your own snacks and water. It’s a lot of walking but well worth it. Loved that the first stop was in Germany as well. Highly recommend, this tour was great solo but would also be fun with family, friends, or your partner!

Hidden gem in Europe - Bohemian Swiss national park is truly a hidden gem and we enjoyed our experience with Viator powered by Cayman island travel company. We got service door to door and full day of hiking adventures in the most beautiful and enchanting part of the Europe. The rock castle, boat ride and tallest arch in Europe was magical and truly magnificent! The tour company took care of the internal bookings and meals which was great. We faced with some rains during our last hike to the arch but we rewarded ourselves with hot coffee and hot chocolate at a cliff restaurant on top overlooking the arch which was really cool! So do check the weather before heading out however we had a comfortable yet exciting adventure.

Two out of three!! - The activity is fine but I booked it in Spanish and although the guide spoke some Spanish, the majority of the group was English speaking. It wasn't a big problem but it wasn't what was contracted. My wife doesn't speak English and I had to act as a translator or wait for the guide to explain to us in Spanish. On the other hand, at the last stop, it looked like it was going to rain and we still started the excursion. After 10 minutes it started to pour down with rain and we got soaked, so after looking for shelter, and completely wet, we decided to return to Prague without doing the last excursion. I think the guide should have seen that it was going to pour and it would have been better to wait 15 minutes.

Unnecessary stress and non-compliance with the agreed - I had a bad experience with that walk. The landscapes are wonderful, but when I bought the tour I expressly asked for the Spanish version. They initially said they didn't, so I came to say that I preferred even a refund. Then they said there would be a guide speaking Spanish along the way. The guide basically only participated in the first of the 3 stages of the trails of the tour. I understand and speak a little English and Italian, but I'm not fluent (that's what I've always said). The guide said he gave me instructions about the time of descent. She was always very ahead on the Third party route, so whether I said it or not I heard or confused with the information. All I know is that in the end I was getting spruce to the guides, which still only missed to say that I lie not understand English. People, why would I quote this from the beginning if I had no problems with the language? Worse, he even made a scandal in front of other people. Since she had already called me minutes before also giving spore and I tried to explain the situation in the way I know in English. Too much stress for nothing. Another thing. The group was quite large. There were more than 12 people. For groups like this, there is always a guide for the fastest and another to accompany the laggars. If any Cover got hurt, or needed help, it would take a long time for the guide to know, as it dictated a fast pace in front. The same applies if someone enters the wrong path. The Third party route, for example, had some parallel paths. I basically got up on my instinct because I stayed behind. A slightly older couple was far behind me.

Not happy about it. Two people cost $343 and only saw a little of the Park. - Park is beautiful, but our tour is not satisfied. We signed up for an English-speaking tour, but the company sent a driver who didn’t speak any English. The entire two-hour drive was silent. Once we arrived, a local guide joined us, but he provided very little information—there was no brochure or map, and he assumed we already knew everything from the website. We paid for a guided English tour, but it felt like we could have just gone on our own. Due to the rain, the tour was cut short and we returned to Prague early. When the driver dropped us off at the hotel, we wanted to check our belongings, but he quickly drove off to drop off the other two passengers. Only then did we realize we had left our sunglasses and umbrella in the car. There was no contact number for the driver, and even if there had been, he didn’t speak English. We called the company immediately. They claimed the driver had already left and gone through the tunnel, which wasn’t true—he was still in Prague dropping off the other passengers. After a long conversation, they finally agreed to contact the driver. About half an hour later, they returned our missing sunglasses and umbrella. Unfortunately, the sunglasses were broken
