All right. - Very good activity, a pass under the Charles Bridge and see all the monuments at night illuminated, very friendly staff

Great for couples - Really nice experience overall, lady had an amazing time.I would definitely recommend for couples a tad of an intimate setting for a family gathering

Prague cruise - Nice view but the comments to the audio guide in French a little too long. The time to listen to a commentary and 2 monuments had already passed. Clean and quiet boat. Smiling staff

All good. - Evening cruise, nice to see the city lit up. Prosecco a nice little addition. We booked online, info for meeting point / pier was a bit vague.. Make sure you check before you head off. Enjoyed the city as well (part fro.m the noisy drunk stag groups!).. Avoid Fri and Sat evenings.

No long enough - No long enough felt very rushed and the service was a bit ride but lovely views of the river and city

Avoid... Scammers onboard taking drink orders - The worst experience due solely to the staff on board. We were enjoying our first 10mins and got approached and asked if we'd like another drink..we said yes what is there, wine or beer... The staff member said yes but you'd have to pay...which we of course thought we would and were happy too but he then said but if you want another Prosecco (which one glass was included in the price) he said that would be free. "Free" we said..."yes if Prosecco" he said.. brilliant, we'll have two of those. 10 mins later he comes with a different attitude and demanding money... We reiterated what he kindly originally offered and he got angry and got a manger. We paid, of course, it was only £7.... But a loss in dignity and any customer referrals. Very strange approach. If he had just said yes to us ordering a wine and beer to pay for and didn't say the prosecco was complimentary for one more we wouldn't have even thought it was. Felt like they were directly pocketing that money. Scam like..ruined our perception. Beware of José and the man with the grey hair. I can't even say ask if these drinks cost as we expected to pay and got told otherwise so there was no way to foresee that.

Worst tour experience I’ve ever had - Boat overrun with massive group of rowdy high schoolers on a trip. They pushed my kids out of their seats so they could take photos, harassed a waitress until she cried, and generally ruined the experience for everyone, We complained to the hosts on board and at the dock but they were unwilling to do anything. Would not recommend at all.

Terrible - Took the evening cruise 9:00 pm while it was dark to see everything lit up. Do not waste your time for a late evening cruise to see lights. Barely anything lit up along side river other than a disco tech with blinding spotlights pointed at you. What a disappointment. Got there 15 minutes early and still no seats available on top deck. Forced to go on lower deck enclosed in glass with NO air flow, NO windows open, NO fans and NO air conditioning. Very hot and stuffy and made a disappointing experience miserable. Could only go out to bottom of stairs to try to cool off and staff member proceeded to come behind us and thoroughly enjoy his cigarette and smoke right behind us blowing smoke right in our faces. As ship was preparing to dock, went to use restroom and crew locked it right in front of us saying that it needs to be cleaned for next group. Still had 5-7 minutes before docking. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! We still had at least 5-7 mini

Awful - It was a disappointment The bar staff where cleaning up understandably but the noise went over the audio description and they turned down the volume after 2mins when I'd explained I couldn't hear the track. Other people were noisy too... and the door to the driver was open and he had his television playing which added to the noise drowning out the audio as well. Very short journey and ultimately shortened/faster as it was the last of the day and people wished to get home. Would not recommend
