Highlights at Prague Castle - Given a map and directions to buy an audio. This guides you through the highlights of the castle area. The cathedral is amazing. Beware the long steep walk up cobblestones to the castle

Weekend in Prague - On site staff start at 10:00. We arrived early and could not locate. Would be helpful to know start time of staff at booking. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful. As advertised. 20 minute orientation very helpful.

Stunning, informative and well worth the money! - This is a great ticket type/option to go for for entry to Prague castle!…the 20 minute introduction by the Tour guide was really fascinating and really engaging and our Tour guide was great and fun too!…after all that the ticket allows you to enter four different locations in the castle complex, which is huge!(and the ticket covers you for two days)so you can choose how you want to spread both your days at the castle out!…day one I went to the huge cathedral(which was absolutely stunning inside)I took so many photos, and the Basilica the oldest surviving buildings in Prague castle(which was equally as stunning)!…..the second day i went to visit location 3 the old royal palace which has some interesting information about each item displayed and you really get the feel of how old the building is by it’s architecture and history, and then what I thought was brilliant was the Golden lane!!(which are a row of minature houses which were originally built in the 16th century to house Rudolf 11’s castle guards)!..the name comes from the goldsmiths that lived there in the 17th century)…In here the staircases of the buildings are very narrow but you get to see some really cool things)like the old armour the guards used to wear, rooms with sword spears and weapons, torture chambers and various other little houses with plenty to see!…Prague castle is a must visit when you come to this stunning city, as it’s well worth the money as you can spend hours looking around each location or spend as much time as you like(you can choose how you plan your day)as it’s great way to see The Castle in your own time(highly recommended)!xx

Beautiful view - We met at the inner courtyard, the guide gave us an introduction about the castle, the cathedral, the church and the Golden Street, what to look for, nice spots and history facts. Then he gave us entry tickets for the 4 attractions and we could visit at ease. Nice!

Difficulty finding meeting point. - Very difficult to find meeting point, asked a lady who worked at the ticket counter, she was rude and said it was nothing to do with them. Asked another young man who worked there who pointed me in the right direction.

Overall was good - Overall was nice however the directions to find the guide were not accurate and was difficult to find them. Doesn’t allow access to the top of the castle had to pay extra for that

Disappointing - It wasn’t good value for money. It was a 10min talk and then you were left to do your own thing. The inside exhibits were very busy and there was little to no information. You can walk around the grounds for free, so unless you are a history buff I wouldn’t bother

Not one to usually write... - Not one to usually write a review, however I was displeased with the organisation. I had my tour booked for 1pm. I had to wait for a person with white and blue umbrella for over 50min to get my ticket. Once I did the cathedral was so busy, I chose not to go wait in line , my young children were exhausted. The golden lane, well not sure that’s worth it. Beautiful place and a must see, but I wasted my money as I didn’t use my ticket for entry fee. U could just go outside for pics.

DO NOT Book - I would like to preface that I have never written a poor review before now. The audioguide is not a self contained device like the one that you can purchase at the site itself. The audioguide requires your cellphone, there is NO WiFi to connect into--so with no earphones, only one cell phone with international connectivity (used as a hotspot to our other 2 phones)--it was useless to us and drained our batteries. Plus it the audioguide was poorly organized, after about 10 minutes, we turned it off and rented the audioguides from the site. Wait in the line (which wasn't so long) and get an audioguide that is user friendly and gives you enough info and buy your tickets.
