Informative, engaging, lots of great tips - Our tour guide was very friendly and welcoming. She had a confident manner that put us at ease. Her English was excellent and it was easy to follow her explanations. The tour was at an engaging pace, allowing us time to enjoy our surroundings and take photos but ensuring we made the most of our time together. We got lots of great tips for things to do following the tour, which we made use of during the rest of our trip. I'd highly recommend this tour.

Stephen was an excellent... - Stephen was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and had answers for all of the questions! 10/10 would recommend. Appreciate the ideas that the cruise ticket was valid for 2 days which meant we could have longer time in the castle. Unfortunately there is no transfer from the castle to the cruise but we had enough information from Stephen on how to get to the cruise. Lovely experience overall!

Mr Ladislav Stoupa was absolutely amazing tour guide! - Mr Ladislav Stoupa was absolutely amazing tour guide! He was so informative and excellent at explaining all the key details. His knowledge was superb and made the experience to be first class - highly recommended!

Good tour - The tour and guide were excellent the down side was having to walk back from the castle. Would would be an improvement would be a travel option back especially for older customers

The castle complex is huge. Having a good guide is key to having a good experience. Our guide did a good job - We were surprised that we needed to meet our tour guide at a kiosk on Na Prikope street, not in the castle. Once we had found the kiosk we met up with our guide and were bused to the castle. Our guide took us round the castle complex and explained the various sights. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did a good job.

The Guide only had 4 people in her group but was talking very fast and walking at an extremely quick pace , it was very hard to - The guide only had 4 people but was almost running, and talking so fast, it was hard to catch up with her. The English couple with us said they only caught every 7th word she was saying.As visitors to a country we had to keep asking her to stop so we could take photos Not a pleasant experience.

Bad tour guide - We really tried to enjoy this tour but our tour guide was not good at all. She arrived with an attitude, it got better during the tour but not much. Really said because you could tell she knew was she was talking about. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it made for a long and miserable day. The palace is awesome with lots of history but we could have learned mores and enjoyed better with the audio guide. I don’t believe we even knew her name.
