• Charles Bridge - The journey will take us beneath Prague’s oldest bridge, constructed by Charles IV in 1357. For five centuries, it was the sole bridge in Prague.
• Prague Castle - The river offers a view of Prague Castle, the largest castle complex globally and the current residence of the Czech president.
• Devil’s Channel - The Devil’s Channel will be visible from the outside, as it is too shallow to enter. It was artificially created in the 12th century for watermills.
• Owls’ Mills - Once a mill, it has been transformed into a modern art gallery. It originally ground flour for the Lesser Town.
• Rudolfinum - A concert hall established in 1881, home to the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. It served as the Parliament building between the wars.
• Strakova Akademie - The location of the Czech government. Initially, it was an elite high school for boys from noble families, hence the name academy.
• Manesuv Most - A bridge from 1916 that replaced an older pedestrian bridge. The previous bridge, Rudolfova Lavka, was demolished. The current bridge is named after the renowned Czech painter Josef Manes.
• Svatopluk Cech Bridge - An exquisite art-nouveau bridge from 1908, inspired by the Alexander’s Bridge in Paris.
• Stefanik-Brucke (Stefanikuv Most) - A bridge from 1951, formerly known as Sverma Bridge during the communist era. Sverma was a notable communist figure.
• Metronome - Once the site of a massive statue of Joseph Stalin, it now features kinetic art symbolizing regime changes and the passage of time.
• Letna Park - The route passes below Letna Park, a popular hangout spot for local youth.
• Convent of St Agnes of Bohemia - National Gallery Prague - A former 13th-century convent, abolished by Joseph II and converted into apartments, now serving as a gallery.
• Old Town Bridge Tower - A defensive tower of Charles Bridge, which also functioned as a prison during the Middle Ages.
