A life-long experience. - Sergio was very sweet. He taught a private cooking course for my friend and I. The food was delicious, he explained the purpose of each ingredient as we added it. We got to play with his adorable dog Leo. The food was as fantastic and we got to keep the recipes. The food tasted very authentically Italian and it was an amazing experience. For anyone staying in the Praiano region, it is very worthwhile.

10/10 recommend - Sergio is the best! So knowledgeable, we learned a lot of great cooking tips from him. His home is beautiful with a beautiful view of the sea. He was so welcoming and made the experience feel very personal. The food was the best we ate during our whole trip and we were so excited to take the detailed, written down recipes home! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Experience - We had the most amazing evening with Sergio in his beautiful home. First, we watched the sunset on the terrace with an aperitif whilst getting to know Sergio. Then we made several authentic Italian dishes and drank Sergio’s delicious organic wine. He was so informative and passionate about the food we were making. Thank you for a wonderful evening Sergio!

Sergio’s Home Cooking Class is Personal and Exceptional - We loved our cooking class with Sergio in his beautiful home with the most beautiful view and his sweet dog Leo. Ingredients came from his garden and his homemade wine and olive oil were delicious! We made strawberry tiramisu, ravioli, eggplant Parmesan (the thinnest cut I have ever seen) and gnocchi. We loved having the class with just us, it was so personal!! And he gave us so many cooking tips to take home with us! Thank you Sergio for the best experience in Praiano!!

This is the cooking class you want to do! - Our last night in Praiano was a wonderful experience cooking and learning with Sergio. The view was spectacular, the company warm and inviting, and the food was outstanding! My husband and I were welcomed into Sergio and Bistra's home, along with their cute dog Leo. Music entertained us as we had an aperitivo and an individual pizza together with a view of the coastline from above. As we drank some delicious homemade wine, Sergio explained and taught us how to make Eggplant Parmesan, Gnocchi (my favorite italian dish, and I had no idea how much better it could taste!) Ravioli and Strawberry Tiramisu for dessert. After preparing each course together, he seated us out on the romantically lit terrace. He would plate the food and bring it out as we gazed at the beauty below. Truly a magical night and one of our most loved memories of our trip to Italy. Thanks for the lovely evening Sergio!

Amazing Praiano cooking class with gluten free options - We had an amazing afternoon in Praiano, experiencing the culture of the Amalfi Coast. Sergio greeted us with his adorable dog and welcomed us into his home. The view was breathtaking and the food was incredible. My daughter is gluten free due to celiac and Sergio prepared her meal in advance in a safe environment so that she could experience the cooking class without worrying. What a memorable day!

Amazing - Sergio had a lovely home, and a beautiful custom menu for our group. We enjoyed learning the local traditions and taking the recipes and learnings home with us. We had a remarkable time.

We had an amazing night with Sergio that included we learned so much that we can't wait to try at home. We had 3 amazing dishes with dessert and it was our favorite meal in Italy. An added bonus is Sergio has one of the best views in Praiano!
