- Bè Genuine Home Experience - The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depending on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family’s recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla, and along with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria, we eagerly await your arrival for a unique experience. Our shared passion for good food and our extensive experience in the restaurant industry have inspired our project: to blend culinary passion, family traditions, and wholesome food made with products from our land. Even Papa Beniamino (BÈ) delighted guests from around the world in the 60s with his culinary creations. Since 2019, we have dedicated ourselves full-time to offering hospitality that feels “just like family.” Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions, and love for food, preserving its memory intact.

Perfect in every way - I cannot say enough, nice things about Carla and Rocco. They are the kindest, sweetest people with the most patience for a somewhat flaky guest. They were very good about following up on my inquiry and indulging me switching the date the day before.
The experience started with some homemade red wine that was smooth and drinkable, aperotivo made with their own produce and their friend’s creamy cheese. While we ate and drank, Carla talked us through what we were going to be making. We chose to make two different types of pasta. The first thing we made was a small trifle or parfait-like dessert. Carla was very patient with my teenager. The explaining, demonstrating, and then us doing was perfect for experiential learning.
Carla gave excellent explanations of the products that were best for the types of pasta and the reasons why. She was very patient and answered all my questions as did Rocco. We made a long pasta with an uncooked lemon sauce and a short pasta with a cooked asparagus sauce. Both were excellent. The portions were just right for a primi. With the aperotivo and dessert, it was just right. Some people might think this is not enough food but for the time of day it was perfect. They sent a pdf with the recipes.
I would highly, highly recommend this experience if you have an interest in learning about true Amalfi coast cooking and interacting with some truly lovely people.
We were there for about 2 1/2 hours. We didn’t feel rushed at all, but if one were on a tight schedule, I think they would be happy to accommodate.

One of a kind experience that we won’t forget! Highly recommend! - We loved our experience and would highly recommend! We got learn more about the local culture, while making and enjoying the delicious food we made. The hosts were so kind and welcoming us into their home! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Simply Lovely Cooking Class in a Quiet Town on the Amalfi Coast - Rocco and Carla made the experience incredible, from their homemade wine and delicious appetizers to the fantastic pasta and dessert cooking class from Carla. We learned so much and enjoyed talking about the local culture and how it is to live on the Amalfi Coast. They give you options on what you want to cook for pastas and sauces. It is vegetarian friendly.

Delicious and Informative - Carla and Rocco put on an incredible class and they are incredibly welcoming into their home, really enjoyed being able to see exactly how the locals cook. Also appreciate them passing on the recipes we used during the class to take home with us!

Best Cooking Experience in Amalfi Coast - Rocco & Carla were gracious hosts to their home. They showed us how to make several different types of pasta and let us make our own. They explained their family history and business in depth which we appreciated. The view was amazing and their home easy to get to. We didn't take many pictures because we were having such a great time. We highly recommend this cooking experience. You won't be disappointed.

Such a fun experience! - What a great experience! My friend and I had so much fun during our time with Carla and Rocco as well as the other families/couples that were there. We learned so much about the culture and how to prepare different types of pasta/desserts. Would highly recommend this experience during your time in Italy!

Best Fresh Pasta - After having many dishes of pasta throughout Italy, my favorite was the fresh pasta we made with Carla. She taught how to make long and short pasta and made a seasonal simple sauce with veggies. My absolute new favorite recipe that I will use at home. I love what they are doing with their business and very lucky to have experience their culture and tasted their family recipes. Enjoy your experience.
