- Bè Genuine Home Experience - The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depending on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family’s recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

Back in the 1960s, Papa Beniamino (fondly known as “Bè”) delighted guests from around the world with unforgettable culinary experiences. Since 2019, we have been fully committed to making you feel at home, providing genuine and warm hospitality. June 2025 review - Had a great experience with Rocco and Carla ..and met their son. We got to understand and help perform the food preparation for an authentic Italian app, entree and dessert. The food was delicious , the conversation very entertaining and educational - great to hear how Rocco and Carla are carving out a life in Praiano - similar to the 8 generations before them! Money, and time, well spent ! thank you

A must for your trip! - This was an incredible experience with a wonderful family. I highly recommend coming and experiencing. The wine was exceptional and the meal spectacular! They were more than helpful with helping us find transportation as well which is a huge plus in the Positano/Praiano area. Thank you Rocco and Carla for inviting us into your home!

Great experience! - We did a couples cooking class while staying in Positano. Clara and Rocco were lovely people! They taught a very authentic cooking class with teaching how to make many different dishes and the history of the food. We med a delicious stuffed eggplant appetizer, homemade pasta, and dessert. We also got to try 3 different wines. Everything was handpicked from their family’s garden/farm which has been around for 6 generations. Highly recommend this cooking class!!

Without A Doubt Worth It - Incredible experience. Rocco and Carla were both very informative and hilarious. Was really cool to be able to learn and cook in their garden, which gave a real local feel and they helped give us trustworthy suggestions for where to go on the rest of our trip. The food was great and really fun to make. We also tried a lot of wine that was probably the best wine we had all trip. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!! - I had a wonderful time, and shared many laughs. They treated my family and I like their own family. We enjoyed learning how to make pasta and Tiramisu. The class took place at their beautiful home where we had views of the ocean. We enjoyed their home made wine, lasagna, sausage, and bruschetta. Everything was grown at their home. Take the class, you will not be disappointed!!

Splendid pasta making class in Praiano - Rocco and Carla were terrific hosts, and their place was perfect for our small group pasta making lesson. We were greeted with homemade delicious appetizers and wine. Rocco entertained us with stories while Carla got to work showing us the art of pasta making. Then we ate our project for dinner with a simple sauce made with fresh vegetables from their garden. A tasty homemade dessert topped it off. Highly recommended!

Lunch at Villa Virginia!!! - Carla and Rocco were great! Many thanks to you both! They came to our villa since I had broken my leg, brought 3 bottles of delicious wine and all of their food came from their garden which made it even more special! A very Italian experience and their English was excellent but with an Italian flare! The business has been in Rocco’s fam for 8 generations and you can tell, they take a lot of pride in what they do! What a great time and we learned a lot! Thanks guys!!!
