Efficient and friendly transfer service - Driver met us at gate with a name sign. Short walk to van and efficient loading and transfer to Airbnb. Villa was a little hard to find so the driver called our host and got us right to the door.

Reliable Transfer, but Good Communication and Language were Lacking - We used Aiana Travel for our round-trip transfer between Naples and Praiano. Overall, the service was decent, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Getting picked up from the Naples airport was easy and efficient. Our driver contacted us via WhatsApp as soon as we landed, and we met him with a sign as we exited the airport. He was courteous, helped with our luggage, and made the first leg of the journey smooth. One key issue we encountered was the language barrier. The Aiana Travel website states that all their drivers speak English, but this was not the case for our driver from Naples to Praiano. He did not speak English, which led to confusion when the Airbnb address I provided turned out to be slightly off. The miscommunication created some tension, and the experience felt less welcoming than expected. Our return trip from Praiano to Naples was much better. This time, our driver did speak English, and we had a pleasant conversation during the ride. It made a big difference in terms of comfort and ease. Another area for improvement is customer communication. I reached out to Aiana Travel 24–48 hours before our scheduled transfer to confirm details, and the only response I received was a brief “all right.” For peace of mind, I would have preferred a more formal confirmation that included the pickup time and location. Aiana Travel offers reasonable prices and clean, comfortable vehicles. I might consider using them again, but I would be cautious. If an English-speaking driver is important to you, I highly recommend requesting Antonio, who was our driver on the return trip.
