Great experience - Darwin was our driver and excellent. When we arrived at the airport, we had a text where to meet the representative and he lead us right to the SUV. Worth every penny as there was no wait, offered drinks, cold towel, and Darwin was very pleasant. Don’t hesitate booking!

Best transfer in Mexico! - Joaquin Escalante was an absolute delight! (STP). He greeted me with a cold towel, bottle of bottle, and conch shell! He is such a joyful human being and we laughed and talked the whole drive. I’ll request him the next time in Playa Del Carmen.

Outstanding Service from Juan Daniel - Juan Daniel was absolutely fantastic! He was our driver from the Cancun airport to our hotel, and he made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. From the moment we met him, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and well air-conditioned—exactly what we needed after a long flight. Juan Daniel made sure we were comfortable, helped with our luggage, and even shared some great local tips along the way. Our first trip to Cancun - It was our first time in Cancun and we were not sure what to expect. This company nailed it out of the park for us. Great service, communication, and transportation. Marco and Carlos were our drivers to and from the airport and both were outstanding. They made us feel so comfortable. I would give them a higher rating than 5, if possible.

Smooth Luxury Professional Service - After much deliberation, decided to go with STP Caribe for our transfer needs. Book it, you won’t regret it. Incredibly professional team, communication from the very beginning, Nelson was waiting for us at the airport and we chatted via WhatsApp and he was very patiently waiting to pick us up. Very professional driver, very knowledgeable about the area, Mexico in general, the ride went beyond smoothly and in the cleanest of SUV luxury cars. I will book with STP again and again and ask for Nelson!

Luxury experience - Emmanuel was so professional and so great. The driver was on time, clear instructions were given by our greeter Carlos on where to meet him and what to do once we got out of the airport and both Carlos and Emmanuel were very helpful. It was a stress free experience and I loved it.

Beware! Extra charges after booking! - Beware! Extra charges after booking! Attempted to book with STP Caribe for round trip from Airport to Puerto Juerez Ferry Terminal. I chose them because of past good experiences but not this time. After booking, Luis reached out via email attempting to charge me $50 (using a web link that was only in Spanish) because we had selected Cancun and not Playa Mujeres. Puerto Juarez Terminal is within the city of Cancun not Playa Mujeres. If STP Caribe wants to charge more it should be clearly listed on website what locations are covered under each area they have on their website. Avoid booking with them for trips to Puerto Juarez Ferry Terminal or be prepared for extra fees after booking.
