  • Prescott National Forest - Ponderosa to Goldwater Lake
    This route is one of our favorites. It has a good mix of get your heart pumping off-road thrills and some of the most picturesque views you’ll find. We keep this trip mostly in the tall pines with lots of steep ascents and descents and a few water crossings. We finish up with a 15 minute break at Goldwater lake for pictures and then return to the Square.

Great experience at Prescott National Forest - Great and best experience at the Prescott National Forest, with giant wonderful trees, rare species, lake and beautiful diverse wildlife. Expert 4-wheel driver, very knowledgeable, courteous, that makes extreme experiences very comfortable and luxurious (Air conditioning super Hummer).

Great way to see Prescott, Arizona - Here’s a polished review you can use: My son and I had an incredible off-road adventure through the Prescott National Forest! Our tour guide, Tom, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Prescott area. He shared fascinating insights into the local history and nature that really enriched the experience. Despite the rough terrain, Tom always made us feel safe and in good hands. And as a bonus, his collection of dad jokes kept us laughing the whole ride! Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Prescott with a guide who clearly loves what he does.

Don't hesitate! - These guys were absolutely awesome!! We took a group of 45 out as part of a youth group camping experience for jr high and high school kids. They were professional and engaged them in appropriate conversation throughout while giving them a great ride. The kids and adults in our group couldn't wipe the goofy grin of their face between laughs and getting rocked around. They did have seats for 24 at a time so we took turns in our group.

Great Experience! Woud do again! - We had such a great time! Our driver was friendly and knoledgable about the area. We specifically did the Bannie Mine tour and learned so much about the area and even saw a flock of wild turkeys! Was a great way to spend the day with visiting family! Highly recommended!

Great 4 wheeling trail tour - Awesome trail riding at the Bannie Mine Trial. We got to see areas we would have not otherwise seen during our visit to Prescott. We got to help remove a huge log off the trail, which was an added bonus for us. John are tour driver was fun and very informative and drove like a pro. Would definitely go back on another trail ride.

Perfect Adventure - Absolutely amazing time! Spur of the moment drive to Prescott with the hubby, Googled "things to do in Prescott". Contacted this company, they were able to fit us in without hesitation. We had the pleasure of being guided by Tom, the owner. My husband wants to quit his career to move to Prescott to begin a lifetime adventure with Angry Apes. While this won't be happening (right away)...we will definitely be back to take more tours - with friends and during the holidays/snow season.
