Very misleading package and horrible customer service - We went to this experience for my birthday and was so excited to do the ATVs horseback riding and sailing on the catamaran after arriving at 10:30 AM which was the time we were told to arrive we then had to sit and wait for about two hours before even starting the ATV so we are already behind. I would say the ATVs and the horseback riding was extremely fun. After the ATVs and horseback riding, we were told to be ready by 2:30 for the catamaran so we went and changed and got ready for the catamaran and have our parents join us because they bought tickets for the catamaran only since they couldn’t do the ATVs and horseback riding. After sitting there for about an hour, the customer service rep then comes and tells us that there is an issue with it and as soon as it’s sorted out, they will come and get us. After waiting another 30 minutes, she came back and said that it’s not happening for today so we asked about the refund for my parents and us since it was included. We thought it was included in the package. They said that it couldn’t be refunded for us, but it could be, but they will reach out and let us reschedule. Today we have still not received a follow up call and it genuinely ruined my birthday because I was looking forward to the whole package that we paid for. It was very disappointing how they dealt with the situation and had us in a run around the whole day knowing we wouldn’t be sailing out on the catamaran.

Worst experience - We went on january 12,2026 We were all a group of blacks. Once the whites arrived they were served first. I mentionned it to 1 of the workers and he said he had noticed the same thing and that it was t the first time this hallened. Well thats the lroblem, it’s noticed but nothing is done about it. We all spend money to be there and we’re there for a great experience. As a black person vacationning in Jamaica, it was not pleasant to experience that. So next time i go to Jamaica i will ensure we dont book with this company.
