His vehicle is clean, comfortable and it was a smooth ride. Mario was quite friendly and had great recommendations for the area. Exceptional Service - Mario was excellent, not only was booking easy and straight forward, but his service was 12/10. He had wonderful communication and gave us easy directions to the meeting spot from the airport. He offered water, which after a long flight was extremely appreciated and was ready and waiting for us with absolutely no delays. Brisbane to GC Transfer - Travelled from a long haul flight into Brisbane and transfer was to our home on the Gold Coast. Mario was friendly and gave efficient service. Great communication and vehicle was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
