  Upon arrival, guests go through immigration and baggage claim. About 30 minutes after landing, a professional driver will greet them in the arrival hall, holding a Thomas Explora Tours sign with the guest’s name.
• Airport to Hotel Transfer (One-Way or Round-Trip)
  Guests are taken to a private, air-conditioned vehicle for a direct transfer to their RIU Montego Bay hotel. There are no shared rides or unnecessary stops.
• Hotel Pickup for Return Transfer (Round-Trip Guests)
  For round-trip bookings, the pickup time from the hotel is confirmed in advance, based on the flight departure time. The driver arrives punctually to ensure a smooth return to the airport.
