For Airport to Hotel (A/H) transfers, the driver will greet you at the exit of the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. The waiting period is 2 hours from the actual arrival time. After meeting, the driver will transport you to the hotel. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For Hotel to Airport (H/A) transfers, the meeting point is in the hotel lobby. The driver will have your name sign. For international flights, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, it is 2.5 hours prior. The pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address must be provided.
