Great Service! - The shuttle arrived shortly after we checked in with the attendant upon arrival to the airport. My son left his backpack in the shuttle when we arrived to the hotel, so we called their customer service line, and they had a driver bring the bag to us few hours later. At the end of our trip, the driver arrived to our resort slightly before the scheduled pick up time, ensuring we had enough time to get back to the airport. Would use Major 1 Tours again!

I never felt less than VIP - The entire experience was top notch. O'Bryan was my driver and he was very accommodating and thoughtful. He picked up my wife and I from the airport and the I felt like a VIP. I requested O'Bryan to be my driver again for the weed farm tour I also booked thru Major 1! It was a great experience and O'Bryan drove masterfully through those rocks, steep hills and mud that we encountered driving through the countryside. We always felt safe and he was a joy to be around. 10 out of 10. I recommend.

You can rely on Major 1 Tours! Best Transpo on the island! - We flew out of Newark NJ and the airport was experiencing major delays. We ended up landing in Montego Bay 11 hours later than expected at 10:30PM. We were a bit nervous as I had booked with Major 1 to pick us up at 1:30 pm VIP and bring us to our resort. The airport was pretty much empty, it was late, and my kids were exhausted. I was thinking I might have to get a taxi. Sure enough, Vincent from Major 1 Tours was there with sign with our last name on it at 10:30PM waiting for us. Vincent was great. He greeted us after our long flight with Rum punches for my wife and I, and apple sodas for the kids (which they loved). We made it to our resort and Vincent got us all set up with the front desk. We were logged in and up to our suite in a matter of 20 minutes. The ride back to airport Major 1 tours made sure we were picked up and on time for our international flight home. Major 1 tours is the best transportation service on the island. We love you guys and can't wait to see you in December!!!

Seamless Airport Transfer - I would highly recommend Major One tours for an Airport Transfer. From the moment I booked there was clear communication and directions. Service was on time; vehicles were newer and clean. Best part was the drivers were personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. Prepaying was also a bonus not having to worry about carrying cash for that. Highly recommended these guys .!!

Great airport transfer - When we return to Jamaica, we'll definitely be using Major One. They worked with us on two different occasions to modify the arrival and departure times and the drivers were awesome!

Reliable Transportation - I booked a private round-trip service from MBJ airport to Excellence Oyster Bay via google. I was hesitant at first, but Derron was very reassuring. He instantly confirmed my reservation and was very responsive. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.
