For H/A (hotel to airport) transfers, the meeting point is in your hotel lobby. The driver will be there with your Name Board at the scheduled time. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals.

• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time. After this period, the vehicle will be released.
• If your flight is delayed, we will monitor the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. For connecting flights, please note that we can only check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you cannot find our local representative for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number on your voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements.
• If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must update your booking immediately.
