Great service for the best price! - Great communication and timely pick up! No sign, wifi or bottles of water per description but didn’t need any of it. We just needed good transportation to and from our resort and this was a great service for the best price!

Airport Transportation - Communication was great and driver was on time. I will definitely use them again. It is convenient because it is a round trip.

Great private transfer - Silky sands was amazing with communication. As soon as I landed and turned on my phone I was greeted with a WhatsApp message from the dispatcher. I called him when I got outside after baggage claim and he told me where to wait and sent a picture of the driver and car. I was told that someone would be waiting with a sign with my name but that didn’t happen so I called and they sent someone right away. A little problem with the return was that Viator gives one ticket for round trips and it only had my arrival date. I contacted the dispatcher 24 hours before my flight as I was never given a pickup time. He told me that the information hadn’t come in yet and he would let me know as soon as it came. Later that evening I realized I still hadn’t heard anything and so I reached out again and he said he still hadn’t received any information and that it would probably come in first thing in the morning so way before my flight time. I was very nervous and woke up at 5am refreshing email and messages and still nothing. So I reached out again and he asked for my voucher so he can look into it. He was very calm and reassuring and responded with my pickup time. The driver came on time and was great at getting us to the airport in plenty of time despite the traffic on the road leading up to the airport. I was glad to have a private transfer and not have to wait and make stops at other hotels.

Budget friendly private van transfer - Very budget friendly service. Only wished they had a sign to find representative easier at the airport. Airport ppl did help me locate them. Waited 15 min for van to come after checking in.

Ok - The price was really good compared to what our resort was charging. When it was time to return to the airport, our driver was really late and we were told that there was supposed to be a shopping excursion included in our return trip to the airport but we didn’t have time to do it because they were late. I didn’t even know that there was a shopping excursion so that part wasn’t a big deal at the time..

Silky Sands tour didn’t show up at the airport to pick us up from Silky - We bought the tickets from Silky Sands tour upfront to transfer us from Punta Cana airport to Wyndham Alltra resort, but at the airport, we cannot find Silky Sands at all, we tried to call the company’s phone, nobody answered. We ran through the rental car pickup area for two hours and 15 minutes, asked every counter where the silky sands was, no one knew. Fortunately one of the group seems know the company (he also called the company and didn’t get through) and agreed to send us to the hotel. This company has no method to get in contact and no communication throughout the process. Very upset experience. We bought the round trip tickets, same question: who and when they will pick us up from hotel? How do we get notified? Please make sure that it won’t happen again when we leave.

Worst - driver didn't show up - We arrived at the airport and waited for 45-50 minutes and there was no driver to pick up. I tried to call number mentioned on viator tour operator contact details and no one was answering. Also sent message to operator using viator app and there was no communication from them. We end up using other taxi finally. Now I am dealing with viator to get my money back. Never book with them.

Horrible. Do not book. - Please do not book...Ittook them over an hour to pick me up from the airport then the driver took me to the wrong hotel...Also The experience was nothing as advertised. No one was waiting for me with a sign with my name on it the van was old and dingy, there was no wifi on board, no bottled water, etc...I have been trying to request a refund for the return portion but no one amswers

Never picked us up! - No one ever came to the airport to get us. We were there for over 40 minutes looking for the person. In the messages, they said someone will be standing there with our name. We even had kind workers looking as well. They never heard of this company and didn't see our name. When they called the number, it went to voicemail. They never responded when I asked where they were since we were there. I was fully refunded. That says a lot. Would not book with them unless you want to be stranded at the airport.
