After booking a transfer with Godel Transportation and Tours, a confirmation will be sent detailing the pickup dates and times from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, the driver will meet passengers outside the arrival terminal, holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.
Once the driver and passengers have identified each other, the travel voucher should be presented to the driver. The driver will then escort passengers to the vehicle, or if it’s raining, will drive up to the terminal door for pickup. The driver will then transport passengers to their destination.

Transfer prices are determined by zones, and service is provided only to the hotel or location within the selected and paid-for zone.
• If the destination is outside the purchased zone, a fare difference or rebooking may be necessary.
• Changing the hotel to a location in another zone will also require a price adjustment.
