The driver will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. The waiting period is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. The driver will then transport you to the hotel. Please ensure the transfer name, flight number, and boarding address are provided.

A/H: Airport Hotels

The meeting point is in the hotel lobby. The driver will recognize you by your name tag. Boarding time for international flights is 3.5 hours, and for domestic flights, it is 2.5 hours. Please provide the transfer name, flight number, and boarding address.

• Suggestions are not included; decisions are yours to make.

• If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust the boarding time accordingly. For connecting flights, we can only verify the flight details provided in this voucher.
• If you cannot locate our local representative, please call the number on your assistant voucher before taking any other steps.
• If there are any changes to the received or checked-out information, you must update your reservation immediately.
• Unless specified otherwise, each person is allowed one piece of medium-sized luggage. Hand luggage should be small enough to fit on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the parking space, you will be responsible for the taxi fare for luggage transportation.
