The driver will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall, holding a name tag with your name. The waiting time is 2 hours after your actual arrival time. The driver will then transport you to the hotel. Please provide the transfer name, flight number, and boarding address.

The meeting will take place in the hotel lobby. The driver will recognize you by your name tag. Boarding time for international flights is 3.5 hours, and for domestic flights, it is 2.5 hours. Please provide the transfer name, flight number, and boarding address.

Please note that:

• Suggestions are excluded, and the decision is yours.
• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this period, the car will be released.
• Delivery is not included.
• If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust the boarding time accordingly. For connecting flights, we can only verify the flight information provided in this voucher.
• If you cannot locate our local representative, please call the number on your assistant voucher before taking any other action.
• If there is a change in the received/checked-out information, you must immediately update your reservation.
• Unless specified otherwise, each person is allowed one piece of medium-sized luggage. Hand luggage must be small enough to fit on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the parking space, you will be responsible for the taxi fare for luggage transportation.
