Airport to Hotel (A/H):
Upon arrival, the driver will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. The driver will wait for up to 1 hour after your actual arrival time. You will then be transported to your hotel. Please ensure you provide the transfer name, flight number, and boarding address.

Airport Hotels (A/H):
The meeting point is in the hotel lobby, where the driver will recognize you by your name tag. For international flights, please allow 3.5 hours for boarding, and for domestic flights, 2.5 hours. The transfer name, flight number, and boarding address must be provided.

Important Notes:

• Suggestions are not included; decisions are yours to make.
• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 1 hour post-arrival, after which the vehicle will be released.
• Delivery is not included.
• In case of flight delays, flight information will be checked in advance to adjust boarding times. For connecting flights, only the flight information on this voucher will be verified.
• If you cannot locate our local representative, please call the number on your assistant voucher before proceeding with any other actions.
• If there are any changes to the received or checked-out information, update your reservation immediately.
• Unless otherwise stated, each person is allowed one medium-sized piece of luggage. Hand luggage should be small enough to fit on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the available space, you will be responsible for the cost of a taxi for luggage transportation.
