Wonderful Airport Transfer – Great First Impression of Aruba! - We had a fantastic experience with Ay Caramba Transfer & Private Tour on our recent trip to Aruba. Our driver, Sherman Santiago, picked us up from the airport and immediately made us feel welcome on the island. Sherman was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. During the drive to our hotel he shared so many interesting facts about Aruba, pointed out landmarks, and gave us great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. It felt like we got a mini introduction to the island before our vacation even began! The vehicle was clean and comfortable, the pickup process was smooth, and everything was very well organized. What really stood out, though, was Sherman’s warm personality and genuine hospitality. You can tell he truly cares about giving visitors a great experience. Happy with their service and reliability - Very happy with the service. They tracked our flight and were at the airport to pick us up right when we left that terminal. Texted us a couple of days ahead of our departure to confirm a hotel pickup time to go to the airport. Cars were clean and comfortable.

Missed opportunity - The car was great, the driver was polite. Biggest problem was they didn't come to the airport on time and we had to find someone to call them because we didn't have an international plan on our phones having just arrived. I was really hoping my kids would see our name on a sign and get really excited. That didn't happen. I would have rather taken a taxi at that point which were lined up and ready to take us.
